Spice Girls could reunite in court if they are called as witnesses in Mel B’s nanny’s libel lawsuit
THE Spice Girls could reunite in court if they are called as witnesses in the libel case brought against Mel B by her former nanny.
Mel, 41, has alleged her estranged husband got their nanny Lorraine Gilles pregnant and then paid for her abortion.
She has also claimed Belafonte put the former nanny up in an apartment using her millions to pay for it without her knowledge.
In court documents, the singer alleged Lorraine was paid over £240,390 of her earnings for “alleged nanny service”.
She looked after Mel’s children, Phoenix, 18, Angel, ten, and Madison, five.
The German au pair, who is now married to entertainment agent Michael Bleau, was also banned from going near Mel B earlier this month when the star won a restraining order against her.
The order will last for five years.
The singer’s lawyer Larry Bakman told judge Shirley K Watkins he had presented evidence which showed a pattern of harassing and annoying behaviour from the nanny.
However, Lorraine alleges Mel knew about her relationship with Stephen and was involved in sexual liaisons with them both.
In court papers Lorraine also claimed that she embarked on a seven-year affair with Mel during the marriage, and alleged the couple had an open marriage, and were free to sleep with who they wished.

She has denied all of the allegations Mel brought against her in court documents and is now suing for "undisclosed damages".
According to the , her lawyers Caskey and Holzman think Mel B's bandmates Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri Horner could work as witnesses in their case.
Dan Holzman said: “My job is to take depositions from people relevant to the case.”
An LA legal source also said: “For stars of the calibre of the Spice Girls, this would not be a pleasant affair or good for their PR.”
Mr Holzman also confirmed that he could also call Mel's America's Got Talent co-judges to testify as they could have been witness to her "family dynamic".
