Anna Friel, 40, stuns guests at Bafta after-party as she flirts with Stranger Things Charlie Heaton, 17 years her junior

ANNA Friel stunned guests at the Bafta TV after-party by leaving hand in hand with actor Charlie Heaton, 17 years her junior.
The Marcella actress, 40 — who played his mum in a film — flirted, hugged and touched the bum of the 23- year-old rising star of Netflix hit drama Stranger Things.
They left the glitzy event at 2.20am, standing by the road with their arms round each other.
Earlier, Charlie — Jonathan Byers in the supernatural series — was seen launching barefoot Anna into the air at the bash at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
An onlooker said: “Anna and Charlie were all over each other throughout the party.
“They only had eyes for each other and couldn’t keep their hands to themselves.
“Everyone was a little shocked because he’s so much younger, but there was electric chemistry between them.
“They spent two hours with each other, going from the champagne bar to the outdoor area, smoking and chatting, to the dance floor where they were bumping and grinding.
“Anna had taken her shoes off and was in bare feet.
“At one point Charlie hoisted her in the air for a dance move and twirled her around.”
Anna played Charlie’s mum in 2015 in the movie drama Urban and the Shed Crew.
She later posted a picture of them on set, saying: “So proud of this one. Charlie.
“Knew then he had big things ahead. Real raw talent.
“Played my son in a film and just devoured #strangerthings, in which he is brilliant.”
Charlie was born on February 6 1994 — 22 days after Anna’s lesbian kiss in Brookside, the first in a UK soap.
Anna, who is about to star in BBC1 drama Broken with Sean Bean, dated British actor Rhys Ifans for three years until 2014.

She has a daughter, Gracie 11, from her ten-year relationship with actor David Thewlis.
Charlie has been linked to Stranger Things co-star Natalia Dyer.
They were seen holding hands in LA last week.
Last night, a source close to Anna admitted she had been “flirtatious” with Charlie.
Her spokeswoman said: “They are simply friends who have worked together on a film. There is nothing more to it.”
