CORONATION Street's Samia Longchambon has revealed Maria's affair with Aidan is going to take a dark turn and end "very badly".
The actress has opened up about what's in store for Maria and she admitted she "doesn't fancy her chances against Eva".
Samia's character Maria Connor has been having an affair with Eva Price's partner Aidan [played by Shayne Ward] and she has revealed there is set to be fireworks when the secret fling is revealed.
She hints Maria will suffer at the hands of scorned Eva [Catherine Tyldesley].

During an appearance on This Morning today, she said: "It's not going to end well.
"Aidan's just a dirt bag...
"It's going to end very badly.
"I don't fancy her chances against Eva. God knows what he's going to do when she finds out."
Samia, 34, also revealed she wants Maria to get together with her longtime pal David Platt.
Fans have been asking for the pair to get together and Samia thinks it is a great idea.
But she admitted it would be "weird" to kiss co-star Jack P. Shepherd, as she has known him since he was 11 years old.
Samia said: "I am campaigning for her and David to get together - her and David should just crack on .
"I'm getting so many messages on Twitter saying that Maria and David should get together.
"[A kiss would be weird] as I've known Jacks since he was 11 and I was 17."
