Jeremy McConnell heads to the gym in Liverpool with a pal as he continues to keep up healthy living regime after rehab

JEREMY McConnell was pictured making his way to a gym in Liverpool as he continues to embrace a healthy lifestyle following his recent stay in rehab.

The former CBB star appeared to be in good spirits as he went to enjoy an hour-long session in the gym along with a male friend.

Jeremy chose to battle his demons in rehab following the birth of his son Caben-Albi with on/off girlfriend Stephanie Davis.

However the pair's fiery relationship has not manged to stay drama-free since Jeremy returned home from rehab.

The Sun exclusively revealed that Steph and Jez – who fell in love on the January 2016 series of Celebrity Big Brother – had an almighty row on Wednesday, just TWO DAYS after the pair started afresh.

Steph sensationally revealed that “me and Jeremy can’t drink” in a shocking confession that saw her admit to having her own booze demons.

Jeremy’s rep told The Sun online that he has not “touched a drop of alcohol since he left rehab”.

They added: “To imply that Jeremy was drinking three days after leaving rehab is a malicious lie.

“Jeremy removed himself from the situation last night and checked into a hotel.”

It's not unusual for the pair to argue, and Steph called police claiming that she had been assaulted by him in her home on March 9.

Weeks later he checked in to rehab, and told fans he was going to battle his demons once and for all.

While inside, Steph went on This Morning to tell the nation that his problems stemmed from his family dying at a young age.

She also confirmed they were back together and wanted to have more children.
