THE Great British Menu is at the final stage after weeks of intense competition.

What time is the Great British Menu on BBC Two?
The Great British Menu continues TONIGHT (October 12) at 8pm on BBC Two.
This is the 13th series of the show and airs over 45, half-hour episodes.
In 2018 the NHS turned 70 and The Great British Menu will reflect that by cooking meals for NHS heroes who act as guest judges.
Once episodes have aired fans will be able to catch up on BBC iPlayer.
Who are the judges on the Great British menu 2018?
The judges of the series are restaurateur Andi Oliver, 54, food critic Matthew Fort and Irish restaurateur Oliver Peyton.
Andi Oliver replaced Prue Leith as a judge on the series after she joined the revamped version of Great British Bake Off on Channel 4 in 2017.
Andi says: “I am so absolutely thrilled to be returning and when I heard that this year we would be celebrating the extraordinary people who work in our beloved NHS I jumped for joy!"
Both Matthew and Oliver were part of the original line-up when the show was first created back in 2006.
What will happen on Great British Menu 2018?
In 2018 the NHS is celebrating 70 years and the series will cook “celebratory and heartfelt dishes in tribute to the heroic staff of the NHS."
The show is split between different regions with the first episode featuring a starter in the North-East.
Professional chefs compete to create a dish fit for a banquet to celebrate a different occasion.
24 professional chefs show off their culinary skills in the hopes of being chosen to cook one course for the four-course banquet at the end of the series.
One chef each week goes through to the final, where the judges taste the dishes again and award them marks out of ten.
The three dishes that have scored the highest for each course are then put to the public vote.

Who won the Great British Menu 2017?
Four chefs were named winners and each prepared a dish for the Great British menu banquet.
