Lauren Pope reveals she had a secret fling with Dan Edgar as she makes surprise return to Towie
LAUREN Pope is gearing up for her big Towie return and it's promising to be explosive.
The blonde stunner, who was in the show from 2010 and 2015, has just revealed that she once slept with a cast member that no one ever knew about... until now.
Ahead of her comeback for the show's finale next week, the 34-year-old has admitted she had a night of passion with Dan Edgar, 26.
Speaking about the Towie Lothario she said: "You can’t deny that Dan Edgar is still stunningly beautiful.
"We had a little fling, if you can call it that, but it fizzled out when I moved away from Essex. We left it on really good terms. He’s nice and chilled out."
When asked whether she will get close to former BFF Chloe Sims again , she replied: "I hope so. It may take some work.
"We’re in a good place now as we have the fun and the jokes back in our friendship, so now we just have to build on that. We may fall out but when we make up, we just go back to how it was."
One thing she is hoping for is no more drama, she said: "The people that I had the drama with last time round aren’t there now so hopefully I’ll find it more enjoyable which is why I’m more excited to go back.
"It’s a fresh, clean slate and that old drama won’t be dragged up again."
But it seems she has no regrets from when she was last on the show, as she said: "On this kind of show you can’t have regrets, you have to give your 100%.
"It’s the whole point of the show, being real and honest.
"Often I think ‘why did I do that’ but when you speak to viewers they will often say ‘that happened to me’ and you realise seeing what you are going through made them feel better about their situation."
But she was keeping tight-lipped when asked whether she will be back for the next series, and simply said: "Watch this space."
