Jack Lamb is an actor who has previously had small roles in Hollyoaks and Brookside.
After spending chunks of time in Tenerife performing in a variety of shows over the last 15 years, Jack returned to England two years ago.
He can speak Spanish and can also sing.
What is Jack's role in Little Boy Blue?
Jack plays Frank Yates in Little Boy Blue, the new drama about murdered schoolboy Rhys Jones, who died aged 11 when he was shot in the back while returning home from football practice in 2007.
The drama follows the investigation and trial – in which Marie Yates was jailed for her part in trying to cover up her son James’ role in the murder.
James Yates supplied murderer Sean Mercer with the gun that killed innocent Everton supporter Rhys. He also helped Mercer dispose of his bike, clothes and gun as the 11-year-old lay dying.
What happened to Frank Yates and his wife Marie?
Frank and his wife Marie - played by Lizzie Hopley in the drama - were jailed for perverting the course of justice by lying about James’ involvement.
The pair destroyed a mobile phone sim card that could have provided the police with crucial evidence in the case, while dad Frank also helped James establish a false alibi.
Police sniffed out their lies after bugging their home in Croxteth, where they talked openly about the crime and their cover-up.
Who else stars in Little Boy Blue and when can I watch it?
This Is England’s Stephen Graham plays lead investigator SIO Dave ‘Ned’ Kelly in the drama, and Sonny Beyga plays Rhys.
Rhys’ parents Melanie and Steve are played by Sinead Keenan and Bryan O’Byrne.
The team behind the camera have been responsible for an array of hard-hitting, quality dramas, with producer Kwadjo Dajan having worked on Cilla, Mrs Biggs and Appropriate Adult, while director Paul Whittington also has credits for The Moorside, The Widower, Cilla and Mrs Biggs.
Melanie, Steve and Dave Kelly have all supported the production of the drama, though some from their community disapproved of the general idea of a show being made about the murder.
