THE VICTIM of a serial bigamist has compared her conman ex-husband as a "psychopath who treats women like a cat does mice".
Appearing on today's This Morning, Mary Turner Thompson revealed her horror when she learnt that her husband William Jordan had five fiances, two wives and scores of children scattered across the globe.
She also learnt that the 'CIA agent' had a previous conviction for child sex offences - and his type was single mums, just like her.
She explained: "He originally said he was an IT consultant so was working away a lot of the time.
"He later said he wasn't a spy, but his work was supporting the intelligence agencies so was called away regularly and I wouldn't be able to contact him."
He would damage his body to provide evidence that he had been injured while working in war zones to keep up the lie.
Despite earning £10,000-a-month he claimed that he needed more money to pay off some unsavoury characters who had threatened to chop up their children and send them to them piece by piece in the post.
In 2oo6 the police arrived and revealed that he was a fraudster, that he had used a credit card belonging to a colleague who he had proposed to buy a Mercedes and a convicted paedophile who had assaulted an underage girl.
Holly Willoughby explained that William was sentenced to 21 months for bigamy, 21 for fraud, nine for not registering an address and nine for firearms.
At the end of his five year sentence, he was deported to the States where he wooed Mischelle Lewis, who joined the discussion via video link up.
Mary said: "I believe he is a psychopath. To him we are all Sims characters. We are there to be manipulated. He is like a cat playing with mice. He will never stop."
However, despite the gut wrenching nightmare Mary found herself in, which saw her robbed of £200,000 by her cold-blooded spouse, This Morning viewers were unsympathetic.
One sneered: "She might as well walk around with a massive sign saying "I'm a gullible f**kwit."
Others claimed that Mary, Michelle Lewis and William's other victims deserved everything they got as they legitimately believed that his long absences from home were down to him being a spy.
One viewer commented: "If you fall for the lie "I'm a spy" you deserve this #thismorning", with another doubting that ANY secret agent would resort to free dating site Plenty of Fish to pull women.
They wrote: "CIA agent using POF? LOL."
Another joked: "I am single and I once played a game on iSpy, do any of you slack brained f**wits out there want to date me? #ThisMorning"; another added: "Why do women fall for that line "I'm a spy" 😂😂😂😂#thismorning."
Some viewers were slightly more supportive, with one urging the scorned wives to get their feckless ex on Jeremy Kyle, and to keep away from the internet when looking for love.
Another said: "Seen this c**t on another show. He was a bad egg for sure. He was was a real con man #thismorning."
