THEY'RE AWFUL AL-WRIGHT

Towie’s Kate Wright hits back at cruel trolls as she’s pictured with new boyfriend Rio Ferdinand for the first time

KATE Wright has hit back at cruel trolls after being pictured with her new boyfriend Rio Ferdinand for the first time yesterday.

The Towie star, who exclusively told The Sun that she would be taking a break from the ITVBe show to focus on new "business ventures", was spotted with the England football legend yesterday.

But since the snaps emerged Kate has received abuse from trolls, and she took to Twitter to hit out at them with a cryptic quote.

She wrote, next to "HEALTH & HAPPINESS" on a white background: "So many people getting caught up in the BS. Only thing that matters is 👆🏼."

Her 604,000 followers agreed with her sentiments, commenting that she should "ignore the haters" and wished her luck for "bigger and better things".

The 25-year-old was first linked to Rio back in January and sources claim they met up in Dubai last week — although her reps later denied this.

Kate was in a relationship with fellow Towie star Dan Edgar for six years before calling time on their romance in 2016.

She told The Sun's Bizarre column yesterday that she would be quitting Towie.

A source added: “Kate has been so busy recently and doesn’t have the time to commit to the show.

“She is grateful for everything the show has given her but will now be focusing her attention on launching her new bikini line.

“She knows that the door is always open for her to return.”
