JAMES 'Arg' Argent has shown off his incredible weight loss transformation as he landed back in Britain after 10 weeks in rehab in Thailand.

The reality star took a following break from Towie to jet to Asia for a life-changing retreat.

The Sun revealed in February that James had checked into a self-help retreat in Thailand in a bid to beat his demons.

He has now flown home and was pictured being greeted by a friend at London's Heathrow Airport.

James looked dramatically different as he showed off his weight loss in a slim black T-shirt.

The 29-year-old reality TV star decided to give himself a lifestyle makeover after struggling with his yo-yo weight, booze and reportedly drugs in the past.

He is believed to have lost more than a stone in weight since checking into the retreat.

It’s expected that Arg will return to Towie now he is back in the UK, though no expected date has been set.

The Sun exclusively revealed that the telly star had cut off all contact with his Towie pals and unfollowed his ex Lydia Bright and his co-stars on Instagram after checking into rehab.

However, he went on to return to social media to post updates about his weight-loss journey.

In a recent post on Instagram, he proudly shared a before-and-after snap of himself on a bike in front of two Thai temples in city Chiang Mai.
