Towie’s Gemma Collins reveals INCREDIBLE voice as she sings along to Britain’s Got Talent
The reality star doesn’t show off her voice that often but when she does it certainly turns heads
GEMMA Collins has shown off her amazing voice after one of her friends recorded her singing along to Britain’s Got Talent.
The Towie star revealed her impressive vocals as she belted out And I’m Telling You as 15-year-old Sarah Ikumu sang the iconic track on the first episode of the hit ITV show.
Although she stumbles on her words halfway through and admits she’s forgotten the lyrics, for the most part Gemma is word perfect.
Her fans praised her incredible voice, with many revealing they had no idea the 34-year-old had such a good vocal range.
One commented: “Some pair of lungs on you, Gem,” while another told her she was “taking over the show.”
A third wrote: “Gemma you need to go on The X Factor. That talent needs to be noticed.”
Gemma – who attended the famous Sylvia Young Theatre Company when she was younger – normally keeps her singing voice under wraps in public.
However during her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother last year, she stunned viewers after performing Shirley Bassey’s Big Spender with Danniella Westbrook.
Her housemate Jonathan Cheban couldn’t believe what he was hearing and told Gemma: “I’ve only heard you fart…what came out of the other hole was good”.
Gemma also spoke about her passion for singing in her 2013 autobiography called Basically.
She wrote: “I would sing all the time and developed a good voice.
“On a few occasions I would get told off at school for singing in class but I was generally a very good pupil and never got in any serious trouble.”
Gemma added: “I have always dreamed of being a star.
“I would say to others, don’t ever listen to anybody who tells you can’t do something.”
