Kanye West deserves our SYMPATHY over vile rants…real villains are silent ‘pals’ failing to step in over his breakdown

Incredibly, Kanye's disgusting tirades actually boost sales of the rapper's clothing line

Kanye West’s recent online outbursts stir up many emotions – shock, disgust, anger, outrage, horror.

But the one feeling that is perhaps the most appropriate is much harder for most of us to feel. Sympathy.

The disgraced rapper has deactivated his X account after hailing himself a Nazi, praising Hitler and spewing hate against the Jewish community in an hours-long anti-Semitic rant.

The hate Yeezy is spreading on social media is absolutely atrocious, of course, but we are not dealing with someone in their right mind here.

Kanye is clearly unwell, but instead of getting the help he couldn’t be making it more obvious that he needs – desperately - he’s being allowed to run riot.

No-one close to him seems to care about his mental wellbeing, or to have come to his aid.

Kanye is off the rails, and there doesn’t appear to be anyone in his life looking after him, putting their foot down and insisting action is taken.

Worse still, it’s almost like his erratic behaviour is being encouraged, because it’s good for business.

I am not sure of much that could be sadder, or darker, than being surrounded by people like that, as you go through an extremely challenging time in your life.

Profiting from you ruining your reputation and offending millions.

Making money from your madness.

Because in wildly depressing news, a source has revealed that every time Kanye goes on an offensive posting spree, sales of his clothing line soar.

Tellingly, his rants also included a plea to 'FREE DIDDY' in a reference to the disgraced rapper P. Diddy - AKA Sean Combs - who is currently locked up on sex trafficking and extortion charges.

The same week the pair announced a new clothing collaboration for sale exclusively at Yeezy.com.

“Although there is truly a lack of understanding when it comes to his fascist and racist tweets, everyone knows that Ye is doing this to sell clothes as part of this Sean Combs collaboration,” the source added.

Ugh.

Kanye West goes on sick rant as he begs Donald Trump to 'free Diddy'

Kanye was filmed during a manic crisis in Jeen-yuhs, a three-part Netflix documentary where he also asked the directors, “Have you guys ever been locked up in handcuffs and put into a hospital because your brain was too big for your skull?”

People are taking his words online literally when he almost definitely should not be held accountable for the increasingly offensive statements he is making.

Kanye has always spoken honestly about his mental health challenges, revealing he was bi-polar in 2016, although he said last week this was a misdiagnosis and he now believes he's autistic.

He is causing massive distress with every word he types from his ivory tower, destroying his legacy as a legendary musical artist with every key stroke.

But who cares about that, if the money keeps on rolling in?

When little kids say they want to be famous when they grow up, they just think about the money, the adoration, the big houses and glamorous parties.

It ain’t show friends, it’s show business.

This is the ugly, lonely, bleak side of celebrity no one talks about.

As the saying goes, it ain’t show friends, it’s show business.

And the cold, hard truth is that sometimes you will need to be saved from yourself, but there will be no one around who cares about you enough to do it.

A psychologist's expert view

By Jo Hemmings

“Kanye's rants tell me he probably feels very vulnerable right now. You can call him all sorts of things - a control freak, a misogynist, a racist, a Nazi.

He started off some bizarre behaviour years ago and it moved on to some strange things to grab attention and to be controversial. He courts it. But now it really seems to have escalated very quickly.

I feel he's probably a bit paranoid. He's heading for some sort of breakdown or meltdown because there’s no way back for him. He's just been booted off Twitter X by a man who's equally bonkers. Where's he gonna go? Where is he going to get any traction?

This whole rant follows the last stunt where he paraded poor Bianca Censori around in no clothes, having made her wear very little. One assumes that’s coming from him. I don't think it's her choice.

He can't go any further. I don't know where he can go without either having a breakdown or being arrested. Where does it stop?

I'm not sure he is safe from himself, which is why I think all this will implode on him.

He'll go off grid, he'll disappear. He'll do something else. He'll do something unexpected. He may end up checking himself into rehab.

He is mentally ill, clearly with something and I don't think it's bipolar, even though he has previously claims that's what he's got.

I don't know if there's substance abuse involved. It’s hard to distinguish what has brought him into the moment he's in now. But I do know that when you get to this point, it has to break pretty soon in some way.

People have asked if he can be sectioned but he can't be taken by force unless he is deemed to have the potential to either harm himself or others around him. Otherwise, he would have to check in voluntarily.

If he was going out in the streets, protesting and using that kind of language, he would be arrested for that.

It's so far removed from the behaviour of any celebrity I have ever seen that it's really impossible to know what the future holds, or what's behind it.

It's deeply scary, paranoid, hateful and vile and I don't know whether he's doing it deliberately or is not in control of it.”

Bianca Censori and Kanye West's relationship

Bianca Censori was born on January 5, 1995, in Melbourne, Australia

Before her current full-time job, the 30-year-old started a jewellery company called Nylons after leaving high school.

After working as a student architect for three years, she completed a master's degree between 2019 and 2020 ahead of moving to Los Angeles.

In a radio interview, a childhood friend of Bianca's claimed that Kanye slid into her DMs on Instagram, reportedly saying: "Come and work for me."

The designer then moved to LA to join his company, Yeezy, as "head of architecture" - and has stayed in this role since November 2020.

WEDDING BELLS

In October 2023,  reported Kanye and Bianca wed on December 20, 2022.

The couple tied the knot under a "confidential marriage license" in the state of California.

The two wed in Palo Alto, California, according to the document.

The wedding came just one month after Kanye and Kim Kardashian finalized their divorce.
