A WHOLE host of famous faces are set to pay tribute to Billy Connolly in an hour long ITV special.

When is Billy Connolly & Me: A Celebration on and what is it about?
Billy Connolly & Me: A Celebration will be airing on Tuesday 18 April at 9pm on ITV.
It will be a one-hour special with Billy and his fans celebrating his five decades in comedy.
The show will feature classic clips and well as new performance footage, star stories and an interview with the man himself.
Who is Billy Connolly?
William “Billy” Connolly, CBE was born on 24 November 1942 and is a Scottish comedian, musician and actor.
He is sometimes known, especially in his native Scotland, by the nickname The Big Yin, meaning The Big One.
His first trade, in the early 1960s, was as a welder in the Glasgow shipyards, but he gave it up towards the end of the decade to pursue a career as a folk singer, firstly in the Humblebums alongside friend Gerry Rafferty until 1971, and subsequently as a solo artist.
In the early 1970s he made the transition from folk- singer with a comedic persona to fully fledged comedian and actor.
Which celebrities will be making an appearance in Billy Connolly & Me: A Celebration?
A number of celebrities will be appearing on the one-hour special, including Dame Judi Dench, David Tennant, Andy Murray and Elton John.
Fellow stand-up comics Peter Kay and Adam Hills will also speak about how Billy inspired their own comedy.
Meanwhile Billy's wife Pamela Stephenson will talk about her life with him from their new Florida pad.
