OASIS fans have been left furious after their gig tickets were cancelled by Ticketmaster - who claimed the music-lovers were "bots."

The Manchester band issued a stark warning last year - ahead of their 2025 reunion gigs - advising "thousands of fake tour tickets" had been sold.

Loyal Oasis fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the Little By Little hitmakers had already been hit with strife following the “dynamic pricing” of their reunion tour.

Sales company Ticketmaster at the time came under fire after upping prices in line with demand - with brothers Noel and Liam also calling out its dynamic pricing.

Yet some of those using those the ticket-purchasing platform have now received emails cancelling their tickets and accusing them of being illegal purchasers.

The messages state that Ticketmaster "identified that bots were used to make this purchase."

It then urged customers to fill out a form to try to solve the dispute for entry to the shows, which kick off in July.

One Oasis fan Leighah Conroy, 24, slammed Ticketmaster and told : "To say that we’re bots is totally out of order for Ticketmaster because we tried all day to get the tickets.

"Our heads have been pretty battered these past 24 hours.

"I felt sick in the stomach. It’s a band you’ll never experience or see again and it’s been on my bucket list for years.

"It just feels like my dreams have been completely crushed."

She added: "A lot of fans are wanting answers as to why this has happened, and we’ve just got no answers whatsoever."

Leighah then told of the financial implication of the purchase and said the ticket, accommodation and travel for the gig had amounted to around £400.

A spokesperson from Ticketmaster told ITV: “Anyone who has been contacted and believes a refund was made in error has been sent a form to fill in for the tour’s promoters to review.”

Last year, the band announced they were reuniting for a run of dates in London, Dublin, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Manchester, for the first time since breaking up backstage at France's Rock en Seine festival in 2009.

CLAP BACK

The previous sale has already caused controversy as many fans were shocked by standard tickets for the reunion tour more than doubling from £148 to £355 on Ticketmaster, prompting the Government and the UK's competition watchdog to pledge they will look into the use of dynamic pricing.

“Noel and Liam have discussed what’s happened and have asked their teams to see if they can change the Ticketmaster policy. They want to look after their fans and get as many to their concerts as they can, for the price they marketed the tickets at.”

After the dynamic pricing debacle in the UK last year, a statement from Oasis' management said: "Ticketmaster's dynamic pricing model will not be applied to the forthcoming sale of tickets to Oasis concerts in North America."
