A GAUNT-looking Justin Bieber has sparked fresh concern after stepping out in New York with his wife Hailey.
The 30-year-old superstar was seen in baggy clothes and a yellow cap as he walked behind Hailey, 28, who was dressed in all black.

The latest sighting comes amid growing fears over Justin’s wellbeing, with fans noticing his increasingly erratic public appearances in recent weeks.
Last week, the father-of-one was photographed with what some described as “hollow” eyes while out in NYC.
He had previously been spotted looking weary and unshaven, strolling through the city in a bizarre outfit consisting of oversized pants and a cropped yellow coat.
But it’s not just his appearance raising eyebrows as his six-year marriage to Hailey has also been plagued by split rumours.
Marriage on the rocks?
Insiders claim the couple, who welcomed son Jack Blues in August 2024, have been struggling behind closed doors.
“Some of Hailey’s friends have advised her to leave him,” a source revealed.
“His behaviour is sometimes unacceptable. She’s put up with a lot.”

The term typically refers to exes sharing custody of a child, leaving fans wondering if the pair had secretly split.

He reassured worried fans with a new post of him smiling after he sparked concern with his recent gaunt appearance.
Justin shared a series of new photos as he played basketball with trainer Chris Brickley this week.
Justin looked in good spirits while he shot some hoops on the court and chatted and laughed around with his mates.
He wore a white pair of jogging bottoms with a matching hoodie and a blue oversized t-shirt.
Justin simply captioned it: "My dog," and tagged Chris.
Chris also shared the post and wrote: "When you vibe with gratitude the universe rewards you with abundance!!"
Justin's fans shared their relief that the star appeared to be back on top form.
