The moment happened when José Carlos Montoya watched girlfriend Anita Williams get intimate with co-star Manuel, in real time.
A devastated José witnessed the shocking moment from a big screen next to the show's presenter.
The heartbroken contestant fell to his knees, grabbed his shirt and then ran to confront the cheating pair.
He tried to storm into the villa where his girlfriend was, but crew and security stopped him, leaving the mortified star screaming.

The presenter tried to calm him down, saying: “Montoya, por favour!," which translates to "Montoya, please!"
The next episode sees Anita regrets the infidelity and begs for his forgiveness.
