JACK Fincham was spotted at a £500 per night spa hotel with his girlfriend Chloe Brockett before being sentenced over a dog attack.
The Love Island 2018 winner, 33, has today been freed from a short stint in jail as he appeals his six-week sentence.

His Towie star girlfriend Chloe, 24, supported him as he received a jail term at Southend Magistrates' Court.
Just a day before his sentencing, Chloe shared a snapshot of their lavish getaway at Champneys Forest Mere in Hampshire.
The Instagram post showed the couple in matching white robes, sipping champagne, with the caption: "The best time at @champneysspas forest mere with my [heart emoji]."
Champneys Forest Mere is a high-end health spa, charging up to £500 per night for its overnight stays.

The Hampshire resort, popular with celebrities, offers spa pools, steam rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
The adults-only hotel provides access to fitness classes and wellness treatments, while its restaurant serves a health-focused menu.
Guests also have access to lakeside grounds and woodland walks.
Located an hour from London, the retreat is known for strict rules, including a ban on alcohol in public areas and an emphasis on digital detoxing.

Chloe has been in an off-on relationship with Fincham since 2019.
The couple then moved in together in March last year, before Chloe said they were "no longer in a relationship" on Instagram in November.

The reality star has also removed snaps with the former Love Islander from her Instagram page.
But she quickly deleted the post from her social media.
Last year, The Sun also told how Fincham and Chloe had discussed getting engaged after moving in together.
It comes as the ex-Love Island star was dragged to court today.
Fincham's pet Elvis first attacked a runner Robert in Grays, Essex, in September 2022 but no harm was done.
The dog then bit a woman in the leg in Swanley, Kent, in June 2024.
Presiding magistrate Anne Wade said Fincham was subject to a suspended sentence order at the time of the incident.
This was after Fincham was caught speeding down hard shoulder in a BMW while on cocaine.
Passing sentence, presiding magistrate Anne Wade said the suspended sentence order would be activated in part, adding that “we find no reason not to do so”.
She said: "The dog was in a public place not abiding by the conditions to be muzzled and kept on a lead."
These conditions included failing to always keep the dog on the lead, for the dog to wear a muzzle when outside and to not leave the animal alone with anyone under the age of 16.
Fincham was initially jailed for six weeks after he admitted being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog.
He was also asked to pay £3,680 - including £200 compensation fee to Robert and a £50 compensation fee to the other victim.
Further orders were also made that the dog must be muzzled in public places, be kept on a lead and not be left alone with anyone under the age of 16.
Fincham gave a thumbs up as he was led to the cells.

It is understood he has now been freed on bail while he appeals the sentence.
Courts can grant bail ahead of an appeal in exceptional circumstances but it will likely have conditions on it.
Defendants will have to make the appeal to a Crown Court judge - even if the sentencing was imposed by magistrates.
Fincham's lawyer told : "We are disappointed that the Magistrates did not find it would be unjust to activate the Suspended Sentence Order.
"However, the case remains finely poised, and we are optimistic that in the fullness of time, the Crown Court will uphold Mr Fincham’s appeal."
He was told he will get Elvis back upon his jail release if the three conditions are met.
Fincham rose to fame after winning the 2018 series of Love Island alongside Dani Dyer - daughter of actor Danny.

But the couple split just 129 days after leaving the villa following a series of rows.
