Vicky Pattison's first on-screen romance was with Geordie Shore original Jay Gardner.
They had a short relationship during the first season of the reality TV favourite in 2011.

Their time together was short-lived, as Jay left the show at the end of the third season in 2012.
Ricci Guarnaccio

Perhaps one of Vicky's most tumultuous relationships was with Ricci Guarnaccio, another Geordie Shore co-star.
The pair got together in 2012 during series two, before Ricci proposed a year later while they were on a cast vacation to Mexico.
But by series five it was all over, with Ricci asking for his engagement ring back and leaving Geordie Shore in 2013.

The pair later reunited for the first series of in 2014.
Vicky was less than impressed with Ricci's arrival — the pair started scrapping within seconds of him arriving on the show.
He later referred to his time with Vicky as "the worst relationship of his life".
James Morgan

Following her break-up with Ricci in 2013, Vicky dated former ice hockey player James Morgan for around six months.

She initially thought he might be "the one", but their relationship — which was shown on Geordie Shore — ended before long.
James was later arrested and jailed for two years for a house robbery.
Kirk Norcross

In late 2013, Vicky dated Kirk Norcross — an original cast member from The Only Way Is Essex (Towie).
Their relationship was brief, and they were spotted getting cozy over mulled wine at Winter Wonderland, London.
However, got really awkward when they both appeared on Ex on the Beach in 2015.
Kirk declared his love for Vicky, who turned him down for Stephen Bear.
Stephen Bear

Vicky and disgraced reality star Stephen Bear had a relationship in 2015 that lasted from April to October.
They met on Ex on the Beach, where their romance blossomed.
But the relationship came to an abrupt end when Vicky discovered Stephen had been unfaithful.
She said at the time: “I've learnt a lot from Stephen Bear and I suppose I should thank him for that.
"He's literally been the most vile, horrendous, snaky, conniving and manipulative person I have ever met.
"I'm truly shocked that I've allowed myself to get so taken in — but there you go. Love is blind, or in my case, blind, deaf, stupid."
Chris Eubank Jr

Following his dominant victory over Gary "Spike" O'Sullivan in December 2015, Vicky and Chris Eubank Jr were snapped getting cosy backstage.
She said: "I had such a good time at Chris Eubank Jr’s fight. He’s my jungle pal Chris Eubank’s son and I’m in love with him. He’s gorgeous.
“But it’d probably terrify Chris Sr if I ever tried to get with him.
“I think I’m the only person in the world he’d be scared of."
Mario Falcone

In 2016, Vicky briefly dated another Towie star — Mario Falcone.
Their relationship was kept under wraps for weeks before Vicky eventually revealed details after their split.
Appearing on Loose Women, Vicky said: "Mario was very sweet, I suppose a bit more like the girl in the relationship, he would text and say 'Oh I miss you, you're really busy'.
"And I suppose I had to concede 'yes I am, I'm sorry'."
Spencer Matthews

In 2016, Vicky and Spencer Matthews had a brief encounter in the jungle during I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!
Although Spencer was quickly removed from the show due to a drug addiction, Vicky had already developed feelings for him.
They went on a date after the show, with Spencer sending her "100 red roses".
But their relationship didn't progress, reportedly due to their different backgrounds — apparently Spencer couldn't understand her accent.
Jordan Wright

Vicky dated Towie star Jordan Wright in 2016 for approximately four months.
Even though the pair were spotted looking very cosy, their relationship soon hit the rocks after Vicky denied they were looking for anything serious.
The couple were living together, but Vicky seriously played down her relationship with the personal trainer after images emerged of him on a date with another woman.
At the time it was thought that Jordan and Vicky – who started dating after meeting in July – were still in a relationship.
But Jordan later revealed they had broken up and she had already moved on.
John Noble

One of Vicky's most significant relationships before marrying her husband was with John Noble, whom she also dated in her youth.
They rekindled their romance in 2016, with John proposing in 2017.
The Sun exclusively revealed on November 14, 2018 that Vicky had split from John amid cheating allegations during his trip to Dubai.
The Geordie star shelved wedding plans and unfollowed him on social networks Twitter and Instagram after the Dubai video drama.
Before then, it was thought they would get married in the summer of 2018 after Vicky's grandparents accidentally let slip she would tie the knot on their 65th anniversary.
Ercan Ramadan

Finally, Vicky found lasting love with Ercan Ramadan.
They began dating in January 2019, shortly after her split from John Noble.
In August the same year, Ercan and Vicky moved in together after dating for just eight months.
They split briefly in 2020 before getting back together, which they attributed to attending couples therapy together.
In February 2022, Vicky announced that Ercan had proposed to her in Dubai.
She wrote on Instagram: “I choose you and I'll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat... It'll always be you. To our forever @ercan_ram."
Ercan and Vicky finally tied the knot in London on August 24, 2024.

They wed at Marylebone Town Hall, in an event attended by stars including Faye Winter, Pete Wicks, Ferne McCann and Danielle Armstrong.
In addition, Vicky and Ercan had a lavish four-day Italian wedding at Castello Monaci — a castle on the Amalfi coast.
