Katie Price slammed for cruel ‘fat shaming’ video as fans rant ‘you should know better’
KATIE Price has been blasted by fans for 'fat shaming' an obese man - despite her disabled son being clinically overweight.
The former glamour model, 46, shared a video of the extremely large chap attempting to climb into a sports car as his friend looked on and laughed.
Comical music has been added by the original creator of the footage but Katie has added 'Katie Price' as a watermark to it.
However, the star has now faced a backlash after she posted it to her official Facebook page.
Katie's eldest son Harvey was born with the rare genetic condition Prader-Willi syndrome, which can cause extreme appetite and weight gain.
She previously revealed he tipped the scales at almost 29st and admitted to her fears that he could die from a heart attack.

Given her personal experiences with her own son, fans have called Katie out for sharing the 'fat-shaming' video with her 3million followers.
One commented: "Wow is she really taking the Micky out this lad, wants to remember when she’s going on about people trolling Harvey."
Another added: "Katie remember this could be someone trolling about Harvey, you should know better! Shame on you!!!!'
A third said: "Fat shaming people? I remember when it was other way round with Harvey. Shame on you."

And someone else simply wrote: "Poor lad."
Katie shared her fears about Harvey's weight during the pandemic in 2020 and, at the time, even begged her Instagram followers for gym equipment for him.
She revealed she had to padlock the fridge and said Harvey would rummage through her friends' bags looking for something to eat.
Katie told The Sun at the time: “It’s a cruel and horrible illness where he feels hungry all the time - and if he doesn’t get food he gets angry. It’s hard work.
“He’ll smash things up if you say no. I’ve had to re-plaster my walls because he’ll bash holes in them with his head.
“He knows what nice things taste of. I’ll give him sweet potato chips instead of real fries but he knows the difference.
“It’s not what he eats in the day, it’s what he eats when I don’t see him. I’ve tried hiding food but he’ll find it.
“You can’t leave food or leftovers on the side or he’ll eat it, and he’s really quick too.
“He even eats in his sleep. He’ll walk downstairs and eat whatever he can find.
“We’ve even found him rummaging through friends’ bags for food.”
Katie Price's five children
Katie Price is mum to five children, but who are they?
On May 27, 2002, Katie gave birth to her first child Harvey. The tot's father is retired England footballer Dwight Yorke. He has had no involvement in Harvey's life. Harvey was born with the rare genetic condition Prader-Willi syndrome. He also has autism and is partially blind.
Katie became a mum again three years later, on June 13, 2005. She welcomed son Junior with Australian pop star Peter Andre three months before their wedding. Junior is now an aspiring music artist.
Katie and Peter's second child together, Princess Tiaamii, was born on June 29, 2007. In January 2024, Princess landed a four-figure modelling contract with PrettyLittleThing. She is still in full-time education.
Following a long break from having children, Katie gave birth to son Jett in August 2013 with her third husband Kieran Hayler.
Katie and Kieran welcomed their second child, daughter Bunny, exactly one year later in August 2014. The couple split four years later, with their divorce finalised in 2021.
Harvey has since moved into residential college during the week and he even managed to lose some weight.
In late 2022, Katie revealed Harvey had lost two stone thanks to a careful diet plan.
One video showed him tucking into a plate of carrots, while another confirmed he could still have the odd treat.
Katie could be heard asking: "Harvey Price, where are we on a Thursday night?"
