Danielle Lloyd admits she’s going to eat her placenta – and Loose women’s Coleen Nolan can’t hide her horror

DANIELLE Lloyd shocked Coleen Nolan when she revealed she was planning on eating her placenta after giving birth.

The Loose Women star looked horrified when Danielle made the admission on Friday’s show.

Danielle appeared on the show to reveal she was expecting her fourth baby boy – after the Loose Women panel organised an ultra sound for the former WAG.

During a chat about Danielle’s birthing plans, she revealed that the pills would hopefully stop her from getting post-natal depression.

Danielle explained: “After I’ve had the baby they come and collect the placenta and the cord and everything else, all the horrible stuff, and they dry it out and make it into tablets.”

Coleen looked horrified and pulled a face, mimicking someone feeling ill.

Danielle battled on with her story as Coleen looked ready to vomit next to her.

She continued: “Apparently they’re mean to give you a really good energy boost and help prevent post-natal depression.”

Danielle then turned to Coleen who still looked as if she was going to be sick and clutched her arm, laughing at her horror.

Nadia Sawalha then chipped in and tried to take the conversation down a tone, saying she wanted to make pate out of her placenta.

She explained: “I kept my placenta in the freezer for ages because I wanted to make a pate out of it.

The longer it was there, the more I went off the idea. Loads of people do it, it’s a thing. Lots of people eat their placentas.”

Danielle then chipped in: “Apparently they don’t smell too good but I’m going to give it a go. Why not?”

The 32-year-old is already mum to six-year-old Archie, Harry, five and George, two, with her former partner Jamie O’Hara.

Now she’s settled with fiancé Michael O’Neill and has been busy preparing for their first arrival - which she revealed was going to be a baby boy after having an ultrasound live on air.

The Loose ladies threw 32-year-old Danielle an epic baby shower on the show to celebrate where Danielle revealed her boys would be super excited about getting another brother.
