BRAD Pitt showed off his startling weight loss with a pulled-in belt at The Lost City of Z premiere last night.
The Hollywood hunk looked dramatically different as he walked the red carpet in trousers which appeared to be too big for him.
Brad, 53, wore a white shirt over black trousers for the screening of the new movie in LA, but his clothes appeared baggy on his gaunt frame.
It was also clear that his belt has been pulled in tight and buckled into the last hole.
The superstar has had a tough time in recent months after splitting from his wife Angelina Jolie and becoming caught up in a bitter battle for custody of the couple's kids.

However, reports that Brad's weight loss is not stress-related and he is has just been working out.
The insider said the actor has been hitting the gym "almost daily” and had “lost a few pounds, he’s in very good shape.”
Another source told the publication: "He’s healthy and much happier.
"Things with his family have improved, all is being addressed privately, and it’s serving everyone in the family well."
The Hollywood actor, 53, split from his Tomb Raider star wife in September after a 12-year relationship last October.
While their initial split was incredibly messy, it's believed their divorce is now playing out behind closed doors as the pair work with a private lawyer.
Their large brood which includes Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, ten and twins Vivienne and Knox, eight were caught in the middle but The Sun exclusively revealed that Brad is hoping to be granted joint custody of their children.
Earlier this year, Angelina publicly praised Brad as a "wonderful father" on a live chat on Good Morning America.
She told host George Stephanopoulous: “We will be stronger when we come out of this, because that’s what we’re determined to do.”
