Mel B’s German nanny, 26, who she claims ‘abusive’ husband Stephen Belafonte got pregnant, paid to have an abortion and gave £241,000 to for ‘nanny services’
MEL B's former nanny Lorraine Gilles has found herself embroiled in one of the most sensational celebrity divorce cases in recent years.
The former Spice Girl claims her ex husband Stephen Belafonte got Lorraine pregnant and then paid her £241,000 for "nanny services";.
The 26-year-old blonde featured heavily in Mel and Stephen's Instagram posts over the years with snaps of her joining them on private jets and holidays.
Another picture sees Mel kissing Lorraine on the cheek and wishing her a happy birthday.
The shocking claims about Lorraine's pregnancy emerged yesterday as the mum of three won a restraining order against her estranged second husband.
Writing in the documents, Mel said Belafonte set Lorraine up "as her rival" and paid for her to have an abortion after discovering she was pregnant with his child.
She said: "[He] would degrade me in front of her by comparing me to Lorraine, telling me how much younger and better looking she was.
"I later discovered that [he] was having sex with Lorraine and was paying her inordinate amounts of money. Over the course of some three years, I recently learned that [he] paid Lorraine in excess of $300,000 for alleged nanny services.
"[He] immediately began setting Lorraine up as my rival. She answered to, and reported to [him]."
Lorraine had been with the family since 2010 after she travelled to the US as an exchange student from Germany.
The document also included claims that Stephen is said to have told Mel he wanted to keep the baby and live together in a three-way partnership.
She said: "[He] told me he wanted her to have the baby and all three of us live together. I was shocked and in disbelief.
"[He] later demanded that Lorraine had an abortion. [He] used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine's abortion, and he used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine's hotel stay while she recuperated from the procedure."

Mel said Belafonte went "ballistic" when she got up the courage to fire Lorraine in 2015.
"When I did, (Belafonte) went ballistic. He screamed and yelled at me for some three straight hours.
"He told me that Lorraine raised our children far better than I ever could. He told me that she was his 'ride or die b****' and the only woman in his life that completely had his back.
"[He] stated to me, 'No matter what she will always be in my life. How dare you fire her'. When he finally calmed down he told me to shut up and listen - instructing and demanding that I call Lorraine, apologise profusely, beg her to come back, re-hire her, and give her a raise.
"He then threatened, 'You do realise that Lorraine could be a witness against you and give a story to the press and tell child services.
"Your career will be ruined'. This was just another threat in a long line of threats made by [him]."
She has applied to keep Belafonte away from her and her daughters, saying she and the children, Madison Belafonte and Angel Brown, fear for their lives.
In her dossier of allegations seen by The Sun, she claims Belafonte punched her in jealous rages, choked her and slammed her against a wooden floor.
A number of other shocking allegations in the court papers include the claim that Stephen repeatedly beat her in jealous rages and subjected her to years of mental and physical abuse.
Mel has said the years of abuse led her to take an overdsose in 2014.
Among the claims, Stephen also allegedly forced her to have sex with other women in threesomes that he secretly filmed and threatened to release in a bid to ruin her career.
She adds: “Every time I tried, [he] threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way.
“He said he would destroy my career and take my kids from me.
“He threatened to release sexually explicit videotapes claiming I would never again work in the entertainment industry.
“I desperately wanted to leave the relationship and tried to do so during our first year of marriage and every year thereafter.”
Mel B announced her plan to divorce Stephan Belafonte in March 2017 after 10 years of marriage.
As fresh shocking claims continue to emerge, Lady Victoria Hervey now fears "Mel B and Stephen have a secret sex tape of their steamy threesome".
New reports from claim Mel B begged pals not to call the cops on Belafonte because she was afraid he'd "kill" her.
Meanwhile, Stephen claims he's "distraught" for his kids and is being "set up as the bad guy".
In a statement released by Belafonte's rep, he says: "I haven't heard these allegations. You know what my comment on this is, as this is the mother of my children?
"I'm really really distraught my brain how this is going to affect our children. and the depths that she's gone to. That's it. I'm shocked at those allegations and that's what it is.
"I think someone's set me up to look like a bad guy. Obviously you saw my house got raided and nobody found anything. It's accusation after accusation. But we'll have our day in court.
"And we have children. if anyone knows our children, we have beautiful children. They're on social media. Why do this?
"We were friends two weeks ago. And now all of a sudden the team gets around and now it's got to be this."
