Example reveals he’s become a dad again after the birth of his son on New Year’s Day and reveals adorable name
MUSIC star Example has revealed he's a dad again after the birth of his son today.
The rapper and producer, 42, announced the happy news on Instagram this morning and shared the newborn's name with followers.
Alongside adorable snaps of the baby, the dad-of-three wrote: "Lucas Winter Cox Gleave
"Aka Lukey Baby… aka Gorge Lucas. 01.01.25.
"Arrived 4 weeks ahead of schedule and he’s absolutely perfect. Best NYD present ever. And no one gonna forget his birthday ever.
"Mummy and baby doing great. E&D xx."
Friends and followers were delighted, with Joe Wicks leading the congratulatory messages.
The Body Coach said: "Ah mate what a wonderful gift. Congratulations to you both. Enjoy all those Chesty’s."
Retired England footballer Wayne Bridge wrote: "Love it congrats."
Legendary DJ Goldie posted: "congratulations."

The Kickstarts musician, who now lives in Australia with girlfriend Daisy Cox, posted weeks ago about how the couple were patiently waiting for their new arrival.
Sharing a picture of art advisor Daisy's bump, he said: "Patiently waiting for the stork to deliver our little package … in the meantime - all the fun relaxing things and stuff to keep us ticking over."
The unexpected NYD present came as Example was due to perform at legendary cricket ground the Gabba for the Brisbane Heat’s New Year’s Bash.
Example, real name Elliot Gleave, has two children - Evander and Ennio - from his marriage to former Neighbours actress Erin McNaught.
Daisy is a close friend of Erin's and the trio maintain a strong friendship.
Former Neighbors actress Erin, 42, announced she was expecting her first child just with new partner Stasi 'Stace Cadet' Kotaras four months before Example shared Daisy's pregnancy news.
Example and Erin announced their split in October 2022 after nine years of marriage.
The chart topper told his social media fans at the time that the pair split up "half a year" earlier.
He wrote: "At the start of the summer we decided to separate. We had an amazing 11 years together, but a few too many adventures.
"Obviously we spent a lot of time behind the scenes trying to figure things out, but we came to the realisation that perhaps our time as a couple had just come to a natural end."
Addressing their two children together, he continued: "We have been co-parenting happily and effectively now for almost half a year and our boys are surrounded with love.
"Erin and the boys flew to London for four weeks so Elliot wouldn’t have to go months without seeing Evander and Ennio.
"We had an amazing family holiday, and look forward to more in the future."
The former couple went on to explain they have the full support of their "closest friends and family" and would "appreciate space" from fans.
"If you see us out and about together it’s still the same old Elliot & Erin," the post went on. "Though we spend a lot of our time apart we still enjoy time together.
"This is as amicable as it gets. Nobody is blaming anyone in all this.
