Three clues Lily Allen had split from Stranger Things star husband David Harbour after she revealed blazing rows
Lily tellingly didn't mention David when she opened up about her Christmas plans
LILY Allen this week sparked speculation she’s split from husband David Harbour after she was reportedly spotted on a dating app.
The singer, 39, and Stanger Things actor David, 49, tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2020.
But after reports Littlest Things hitmaker has signed up for celebrity dating app Raya, it seems signs that their marriage is over have been there for a while.
Blazing rows
Lily previously opened up about having bust-ups with her husband – confessing she related everything he said to misogyny.
Speaking on her podcast with Miquita Oliver, Lily said: “I quite often get into heated arguments with David because I’ll talk to him about something that I see as like being misogynistic or a patriarchal construct, and his knee-jerk reaction is defence.
“And I’m just like ‘you know that this is wrong so why can’t we just have a conversation where the starting point of the conversation is you’re right, that is out of order’.”
No wedding ring
While filming a recent episode of the podcast Lily was seen without her huge engagement ring and diamond wedding band.
It came amid speculation of trouble in paradise for Lily and David.
Fans bombarded Lily with questions over the state of her marriage last year after she unfollowed David on social media – but she made light of their concerns.
When asked if they’d split, Lily, who has two daughters with ex-husband , said: “Yes, I am divorced . . . from one marriage.”
“But I am also in another marriage currently.”
Going solo?
Lily has also opened up about her Christmas plans this year – and tellingly didn’t mention David.
The singer, who is mum to Ethel, 13, and Marnie, 11, said: “Every year I buy four tickets to go and see the Nutcracker at the Lincoln Centre and I have completely forgotten that I have these tickets so they’re going to have to go without me tonight.”
She then explained that, while she normally spends Christmas in New York, this year she’d be flying from the US to London, before heading to Nairobi.
