The pair, who got married four years ago in a whirlwind Las Vegas ceremony, had been living virtually separate lives for months.
The claims pals of the mum-of-two have confirmed that Lily, 39, and her second husband David, 49, have "separated" and that she has set up a profile on Raya while looking for love.

Lily and David, who also starred in Hollywood movies Hellboy and Black Widow, were last seen together in September at a game between the New York Jets and Denver Broncos at MetLife Stadium.
The rare public appearance came amid rumours their marriage was on the rocks.
Fans bombarded Lily with questions over the state of her marriage last year after she unfollowed David on social media - but she made light of their concerns.
When asked if they’d split, Lily, who has two daughters with ex-husband , said: “Yes, I am divorced . . . from one marriage.

“But I am also in another marriage currently.”
An insider told The Sun at the time: “Lily and David have barely been together for the past three months and have been living separate lives.
“When she was in London for the Pillowman, David was spotted at one performance in July before Lily was left by herself.
“In her downtime, Lily would be with mates in London or her kids. When she went back to the US with them, there was no sign of David.”
LOVE TROUBLE
Lily relocated to New York with David and her children Ethel Mary, 13, and Marnie Rose, 11, in 2020.
Her kids go to a private school in Brooklyn, New York.
Her appearance on dating app Raya comes days after she told her podcast listeners that she was "bored of men" and her husband was "800 miles away".
She was also spotted without her wedding ring on in social media videos, while filming the podcast with pal Miquita Oliver.
During one episode, Lily candidly told how she had found herself screaming at her two daughters.
She said: "I exploded and screamed at the kids. I was like, 'I can't handle this at the moment; I'm going through so much, I need you two to behave yourselves'."
The Smile hitmaker spoke of going to therapy to work through some of her issues, and opened up on how she has stopped eating while going through a recent rough patch.
She said on her Miss Me? podcast: "I've been going through a tough time over the last few months and my eating has become an issue.
"My therapist and I talk about it and she says 'How long has this been going on?' And I said, 'about three years really. 'And she's like, 'why haven't you mentioned it before?'
"And it's not because I'm lying about it. It's just because it's not seemed at the top of the list of important things that I need to talk about, but obviously it is.
"I'm really not in a great place mentally at the moment, and I'm not eating. I'm not hungry."

Lily continued: "I obviously am hungry, but my body and brain are so disconnected from each other that my body... the messages of hunger are not going through my body to my brain.
"I'm not avoiding food, I'm just not thinking about it because I'm so in my head. My body's, like, a few steps behind me."
