MAX George has shared the first snap of his surgery scar after undergoing an emergency heart operation today.
Earlier on Satuday, pop star Max appeared low as he told followers how he was doing in the concerning video posted on social media.
The deflated star can be seen lying in his hospital bed gearing up for the life-changing medical intervention.
He explained: "Just prepping for the operation now.
"I feel like s*** - but fingers crossed."
Hours later, the 36-year-old shared a picture on Instagram after the surgery, showing the bloodied scar on his chest and the bruising around it.

He added alongside the post: "Say hello to my little friend!
"Given the last 10 days, this is the best Christmas present I could’ve ever wished for.
"Pacemaker is in. Operation took around 2 and half hours. The main issue being some of my veins had collapsed where the wires were meant to go… But the surgeons and nurses at the NHS have been incredible. I owe everything to them."
He continued: "The surgeon kindly put my pacemaker just underneath a very special tattoo of mine.. So I’m sure it’s being looked after.

"Few more tests to do due to inflamed lymph nodes on my lungs, but that’ll be easy work! Time to rest and then tackle life full on once again.
"Thank you for all your support. It’s meant a hell of a lot to myself and my family. Much love, Max."
The Wanted singer was initially rushed into hospital after he felt unwell - before he revealed to fans he had to stay in due to cardiac issues.
He's now preparing for a serious operation after his condition failed to improve.
Max was admitted to hospital recently with heart issues and has been undergoing tests as doctors investigate what's wrong.
In a recent post, he explained that a CT scan showed concerning results.
He said: “Had a little day trip today. Full cat scan on my heart. Not something I’d choose to do again!"
Max went on to share that he has been diagnosed with a 2:1 heart block, a condition where the heart’s electrical signals are disrupted.

He added his heart rate has remained stubbornly low for almost a week.
“Unfortunately my heart rate hasn’t picked up at all in almost a week,” he wrote.
“Because of this, we don’t have too much time to wait, so it looks like I’m going to be in surgery way quicker than the doctors first thought. I may even be home for Christmas!”
Former EastEnders star girlfriend Maisie Smith, 23, shared a sweet snap of her visiting her man in hospital during the week.
She took a break from her current pantomime stint to visit him in hospital.
The actress posted a tender picture showing the pair holding hands.
The famous couple have been together since 2022 after meeting on the set of Strictly Come Dancing two years before.
She previously shared a cute message to her boyfriend and wrote: "Love you Max.”
Max, who has ditched booze after previous liver problems, saw his heart rate dramatically drop last week.
He told how he will need to be fitted with a pacemaker device to help stabilise it.
