CORONATION Street's Beverley Callard got an amazing surprise on Loose Women today as she was reunited with her on-screen husband Jim McDonald.
Bev was shocked when Charles Lawson, who has played Jim on and off since 1989, appeared on the show with a large cake of the Rovers Return to mark her milestone birthday.
The actress was completely shocked when they were reunited in an emotional moment during today's show.
The panel teased her with a birthday message from Charles in which he said: "Happy Birthday Elizabeth, you'll always be my number on girl".
As Andrea McLean invited him out on stage, Bev shrieked and said: "He's here? Oh my god! I'm going to cry now!"
Speaking about her milestone birthday, Bev admitted it was a "shock" when she turned 60.
She said: "I loved turning 40 and then 50 but I forgot I was going to be 60 and it was a shock.
"When I woke up on my birthday it was a weird feeling, I was really emotional, I kept crying all day - it's that feeling of knowing you're more than half way, I'm not going to live to be 120."
Bev celebrated in style with a wild night out in Manchester with her pals from the fitness class she teaches.
She said: "The girls who come to my fitness class organised this party in this gay bar in Manchester and had a drag queen sing to us, it was amazing, no showbiz, no press, just a great night out with friends.
"My 84-year-old mother-in-law Crystal outlasted everyone, she was on the Jager-bombs".
Later in the show, there was another surprise in store as her husband Jon McEwan arrived out on stage with a present and a bouquet of flowers.
An emotional Bev thanked the Loose Women for the wonderful surprise saying "I can't believe this, it's been amazing, thank you all so much".
