IT’S gloom and bust as we take a look at some of the world’s worst statues.

Amazingly, sculptor and former airport cleaner Emanuel Santos, 40, has now insisted the Real Madrid player was happy with his piece, which took just 15 days to complete.

He boasted: “I asked him what he thought of the result and he said he liked it.”

But Ronaldo, 32, isn’t the only star to be left scratching his head after a statue intended to look just like them ended up more like a distant cousin – at best. Can you guess who these are meant to be? Find the answers at the bottom.
