Liam Payne’s girlfriend Kate Cassidy pays tribute to late 1D star as she shares unseen pics of him in new video

THE girlfriend of the late One Direction singer Liam Payne, has paid tribute to the star with an emotional video capturing their time together.
American Model and influencer Kate Cassidy, 25, shared a montage of precious moments from their two- year relationship on Sunday, in the now deleted footage on social media site, TikTok.

The pop star died aged 31, after falling from a third floor hotel balcony in Buenos Aires on 16th October.
Now, nearly three weeks since the singer’s funeral, where he was laid to rest, close to his hometown in Amersham, Kate, 25 posted the compilation video.
In the caption she wrote, “I love you,” against the backdrop of the song, Fade Into You, by Mazzy Star.

Previously Kate had told how Liam was the ‘love of her life’ and how the pair had planned to marry the following year.
In the minute and a half video, the pair are seen being affectionate in various locations around the world, including Disneyland and also in the home they shared in Miami.
One image showed Liam sweeping her off her feet, as she squeals in delight and in another they’re enjoying a cosy cabin getaway.
She also shared fun photos of them bowling and larking about on a skiing holiday.

The couple first got together in October 2022 and appeared together on the red carpet at the fashion awards later that year.
Just before his untimely death, they had travelled to Argentina to watch Liam’s former bandmate Niall Horan in concert there.
Kate had returned home early after feeling homesick, a few days before he plunged to his death in Buenos Aires.
The late singer’s grieving girlfriend later attended his funeral, alongside his former bandmates, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson.
Payne’s ex Cheryl Cole, the mother of their seven-year-old son, Bear, was also in attendance, as well as music mogul, Simon Cowell, whose show the X Factor launched Liam into the stratosphere.

The autopsy found that he’d died from external bleeding and multiple injuries following his fall from the third floor balcony of the CasaSur hotel in the smart neighbourhood of Palermo.
The toxicological exams revealed traces of alcohol, cocaine and prescribed antidepressant’ in his body at the time of death.
