Katie Price faces police probe for going topless on Maldives beach because her antics violate Sharia law
KATIE Price may have boobed by going topless on holiday.
She faces a police probe as nudity or topless sunbathing is strictly forbidden in the Maldives.
Katie flaunted her new 32GG assets during a break in the Indian ocean with husband Kieran Hayler, 30 and her five children.
The 38 year-old could be quizzed by local police as any form of nudity or topless sunbathing is strictly forbidden.
Punishment can include hefty fine or even imprisonment.
The Maldives Police Service told The Sun: "This is not allowed, and if it is true and complaint is made the local station will start to investigate.
“This is against the law and we take these allegations very seriously.”
Foreign Office advice on the government’s website tells would-be visitors: “Local laws reflect the fact that Maldives is an Islamic country.

Price, her husband Kieran Hayler, 30 and her five children, are staying at the newly-opened Kandima resort, which is based on a private island, and can cost up to around £1,000-per-night for a couple.
The brand new resort boasts luxury beach-side villas, yoga and meditation classes and the biggest swimming pool in the Maldives.

WHAT THE LAW SAYS
THE Maldives, made up of more than 1,000 coral islands, is a strict Islamic nation.
Sharia law calls for Muslim women to cover their heads. Tourists who go topless or nude face prison or a hefty fine. Alcohol is heavily regulated and can only be drunk inside tourist resorts. Pork is also banned but is available at a premium price in resort hotels. Visitors are also prohibited from possessing pornography.
