‘This feels bizarre’ say fans after clothes worn by Madonna found at charity shop in Salford
A SELECTION of clothes from a Madonna tour are Hung Up — at a charity shop.
The star and her dancers wore them last year at rehearsals in Manchester, then donated them to a Children’s Air Ambulance shop.
Fan Alex Fisher said: “I had to get a boa and the skirt.
"The skirt feels so expensive because of all of the details with the safety pins, I’ve never seen anything like it in a charity shop.
“I just stumbled upon the rack and thought it was so cool.
“I am a big music fan and it felt bizarre to see clothes from Madonna’s tour in a Salford charity shop.

“A member of staff told me that they had some more and even weirder items from the tour in the back which they had yet to put out, and there are videos of Madonna herself wearing some of the pieces.”
Last month Madonna confirmed she’s gone back into the studio with top producer Stuart Price.
He is best known for his work on her 2005 smash hit album Confessions On A Dance Floor, which featured the No1 hit Hung Up.
They reconnected last year when he worked as the musical director on her critically acclaimed Celebration Tour.
And insiders have confirmed to me Madge and Stu are going to be making magic once they’re back in the booth — with a new album in their sights.
A source said: “Stuart was credited with helping Madonna return to form with their Confessions album, so for her to start working again with him is hugely exciting.
“That record was incredible and Madonna is excited about what they can come up with.
“It has been five years since she released Madame X, which was a concept album and Madonna is ready to put down some new tunes.
“Working with Stu on her tour reignited the spark. She has fire in her belly and cannot wait to get started.”
