A List stars including Salma Hayek, Elizabeth Hurley, Daisy Lowe and Louise Redknapp out in force for opening of “instant classic” An American In Paris in London’s West End
The star studded audience were loving the new musical production
A string of stars from the worlds of film, television, music and fashion were out for the launch of An American In Paris in London’s West End on Tuesday night.
The classic musical has taken over London’s Dominion Theatre and stars from both sides of the Atlantic were out in force to cheer on the talented cast.
Leading the A List pack was Salma Hayek who stunned in a black leather skirt, black ruffled shirt, black evening jacket and a bright red white and blue ribbon.
The 50-year-old beauty – born in Mexico but becoming a US citizen before moving to London – has been loving her life in the UK capital.

On Tuesday she said she was excited that Spring weather had finally arrived, writing: “Spring is here, even in London... I can finally take off my tights.”
Joining Salma in the A-List end of guests was Hollywood actress (and star of hit E! network drama The Royals) Elizabeth Hurley.
The 51-year-old British beauty looked radiant in a shimmering Versace number.
She was joined by her surprisingly tall 14-year-old son Damian (who recently made a cameo appearance in The Royals) who looked dapper in Ralph Lauren for the night out.
The mother and son caught up with their good friend and designer to the stars Valentino Garavani – who looked younger than his 84 years as he joined Elizabeth on the red carpet.
Also in attendance were a number of recent Strictly Come Dancing stars who were no doubt checking out the fine footwork of the American In Paris cast.
Dark haired beauty Daisy Lowe looked chic in a white blouse and black flares as she arrived for the big night of entertainment.
The 28-year-old beauty was thrilled by the performance, writing on Twitter: “What a stunning show @AmericanParisUK I had tingles throughout... what a dream. Thank you for inspiring my heart.”
Louise Redknapp, 42, was in line to be a member of the audience – looking ravishing in a black lace dress and black leather jacket.
She too was blown away by the performance, writing on Instagram: “Such a beautiful show #anamericaninparis one of the best shows I've seen in a long time.”
Louise and Daisy caught up at the star studded event following their night out together last week– while fellow Strictly star 29-year-old Danny Mac was also there along with his fiancé Carley Stenson, 34.
Danny – who is set to star in a musical himself this summer – looked relaxed in light tan coloured evening jacket while smiling Carely wrapped up in a scarf.
Jane Asher, Tina Hobley, Arlene Phillips CBE, Aljaz Skorjanec and Janette Manrara were also there.
An American in Paris follows the story of a World War II soldier named Jerry Mulligan from the USA who falls for a beautiful Parisian woman called Lise Dassin.
The West End production sees American actor Robert Fairchild play Jerry, Leanne Cope as Lise, and cute rising British star David Season-Young playing Adam Hochberg – who Jerry leans on for help in winning over Lise.
