Coleen Nolan takes a break from Loose Women to focus on her marriage struggles and ‘get her head together’ after constant ‘criticism on Twitter’
Celebrity Big Brother winner has been noticeably absent from daytime show
COLEEN Nolan has taken some time off from Loose Women to "sort her head out" after a string of private and public personal problems.
The 52-year-old has been noticeable absent from the ITV daytime panel for the last two weeks, with fans left wondering if she's OK.
The last time she appeared on-screen she shared her fears that her secret half-sister was one of the unidentified bodies discovered at Bon Secours Mother and Baby Home in Tuam, County Galway.
And according to a new report in Best magazine, it's not a coincidence that she has been missing since then.
Coleen's rep told the mag: "Coleen is touched by everyone's concern.
"The truth is she needs some time away from the spotlight to get her head together.
"With so much going on in her family, she just wanted to be at home, so that's why she cancelled all her appearances over the last few weeks."
Best claim that Coleen even pulled out of the release of her first ever solo album as she struggles to deal with her marriage problems with Ray Fensome.

Before entering the CBB house in January, she admitted their nine year marriage was "hanging on by a thread".
There were more family problems to deal with, including the split between her son Jake and his fiancé Jesy Nelson, who Coleen adored.
She has also been open about how deeply she misses her sister Bernie, who tragically died from cancer in 2013.
Coleen also came under fire when she revealed she had unsettling and confusing emotions about her sister being sexually abused by their dad.
While her tendency to wear her heart on her sleeve has earned her love and respect from her fans, it has opened her up to haters who regularly lay in to the popular daytime star online.
Her rep added: "[Coleen] is sick of being criticised on Twitter, and now her allergies have flared up, making her skin sensitive to wearing make-up.
"She doesn't want the scrutiny or heartache of being attacked online for not looking her best."
The singer was in her twenties when she discovered her dad had fathered another child while he was still married to her mum, but it was the news of the gruesome discovery in Galway that had brought it back to the forefront of her mind.
Speaking on Loose Women, Coleen admitted she’s started to think her sister could have perished there.
She said: “I’ve talked about the half-sister I’ve never met. She was born in Ireland.
“I always wondered why she didn’t get in touch and I thought, she could have been one of those babies.
“It would have been around at that time as she was born in the mid-1950s. I was so shocked when I saw it.”
Coleen became visibly emotional as she continued to speak.
She added: “All this time I wondered if she died, or maybe she didn’t know about us.
“Who knows what they’ve yet to find. I think please don’t let that of been there.”
