SEAN "Diddy" Combs has been hit with two more lawsuits including allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted a 10-year-old boy during an audition.

The harrowing new claims filed on Monday come after the rapper was arrested on criminal charges and faces over 100 civil lawsuits for rape and assault.

In one of the new claims, the rapper is accused of having drugged and sexually assaulted a 10-year-old in a hotel room in New York City in 2005.

The victim has not been named but had hopes of being a rapper and actor who regularly travelled with his parents to California for meetings with figures from the entertainment industry.

It is claimed that while auditioning for Combs, the boy was given a soda laced with drugs by one of the rapper's associates before being sexually assaulted by the hip-hop star in a hotel room.

The lawsuit further alleged that the child lost consciousness and was later told by Combs that he would hurt his parents if the boy reported the incident to anyone.

HARROWING CLAIMS

A second lawsuit filed on Monday alleges that Combs assaulted a 17-year-old in a similar set of circumstances in 2008.

The teenager was set to be a contestant on the television series "Making the Band" which Combs produced.

The alleged victim claims he was forced to perform sexual acts with Combs and a bodyguard during a three-day audition for the reality series.

When the teenager showed reluctance to engage in the acts, he was axed from the show and unable to return to the music industry for seven years, the suit claims.

The rapper's lawyers have denied the two latest allegations against the 54-year-old.

"Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process," an emailed statement.

"In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."

These two most recent claims filed with the Supreme Court in New York add to the slew of lawsuits stacked against the record producer accusing him of dozens of sexual assaults over the past 20 years.

Many of these alleged incidents are said to have occurred at meetings and Diddy's infamous parties.

The lawyers further claimed that Anthony Buzbee, the lawyer for both of the accusers, is seeking publicity as he represents the alleged victims in the earlier lawsuits.

Just two weeks ago, six new lawsuits were filed against the music mogul accusing him of raping two women, molesting a 16-year-old boy, and assaulting three men.

Diddy's downfall

By The U.S. Sun's Senior Reporter Forrest McFarland, who has been reporting on Diddy's legal battles for years

BEFORE Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest on Monday night, it had been highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations - and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called "Freak Offs."

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Combs were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Combs was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Combs was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Combs' mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his "Freak Off" supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Combs also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Combs forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Combs has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he's convicted on all counts.

The 16-year-old claimed that Combs touched his genitals while at a party in 1998 after allegedly being told by the then 28-year-old musician to "Drop his pants."

Combs allegedly asked him, "Don't you want to break into the business?"

The other five lawsuits filed on October 14 made allegations of rape, forced oral sex, and drugging victims to incapacitate them.

One of these alleged incidents happened in the stockroom of a Macy's store in May 2008, while another victim claimed she was raped by Combs in a locked hotel room in 2004.

'DIRTY SECRETS'

Over 100 alleged victims have filed civil claims against Combs accusing him of sexual assault.

Earlier this month, Buzbee revealed that he is representing over 100 accusers in a series of civil claims that he is in the process of filing against the rapper, who continues to deny all charges against him.

The attorney said one of the claims is from a boy who was nine years old when he was allegedly abused by Combs.

"The names will shock you," Buzbee said of many of his client's allegations, adding that there are "many powerful people" involved and "many dirty secrets."

The onslaught of allegations against the rapper was sparked after a video went viral in May of Combs beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel in 2016.

His lawyers have called the wave of allegations "meritless" and part of a "reckless media circus."

Meanwhile, last week his six children released a joint statement defending their father against the "conspiracy theories" launched against him.

Combs is currently behind bars in New York City on federal sex trafficking charges to which he has pleaded not guilty.

His request to be released on a $50 million bond was denied last month.

The rapper was arrested on September 16 following a police raid on his properties in Miami and Los Angeles earlier this year.

The indictment listing all of the charges for his arrest was unsealed the day after he was taken into custody.

These included claims that he coerced and abused a female victim and silenced others with violence and blackmail.

The indictment also alleges he hosted drug and sex-fuelled "Freak Offs" that lasted for days and left guests needing IV drips.

The rapper is set to go to trial for sex trafficking and racketeering charges on May 5 next year.

Combs' lawyers issued the following statement to The Sun following the latest claims:

"The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.

"As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.

"Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process.
