NEW mum Megan McKenna has opened up about her first few weeks as a mother to son Landon.
Former reality TV star turned singer Megan McKenna has revealed she is still in pain following her C-section birth, and that she has been suffering with 'overwhelming anxiety' since becoming a mum.
Sharing on social media, Megan has spoken about he days before she gave birth as well as the days following Landon's arrival in a new video/
Posting to Instagram, Megan shared her video vlog with the caption: "The day Landon changed my life forever.. I hope you enjoy my first vlog.
"I’ll reply to any questions about the birth, aftercare & my little Landon in the comments. Thank you again for all being so caring and supportive. I love you all."
In the video, Megan explained: "All I can say about the whole C-section is the pressure, pushing down on here, literally took my breath away.

"I honestly thought they were going to crack my ribs, and that was the scariest part."
She then added: "It's not been easy having a C-section, coming home and not being able to do anything. Being in so much pain, not being able to wash myself and being in pain."
The video has been inundated with support from others, including mums who have also experienced C-sections.
One fan commented: "I'm so glad you put in there the struggles of being able to get up. I don't think il ever forget that pain for the first time x."

Her sister Millie also joined in as she wrote: "This really is the best video ever. Such amazing first memories we will never ever forget. Landon is so perfect I’m so proud of you."
The video comes as the star has previously shared the reality of being a newborn mum and admitting its not been without its challenges.
She's detailed how Landon has struggled with digestion, and how that's resulted in sleepless nights for her and Oli - leaving her 'looking like the walking dead'.
Megan gave birth in Germany as she moved there to be with her fiance as he played for German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.
After announcing his name, she revealed that Landon was born on October 7 at 8.33am, weighing 9lbs 2oz.
