Love Island winners Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde are on the ‘verge of splitting’ after having a series of fiery bust-ups
Close pals think the pair, who won last year's ITV2 reality series, could be over for good
LOVE Island lovers Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde are on the verge of spitting, The Sun's Bizarre column can reveal.
The couple, who won last year's ITV2 reality series, have been living apart after a series of bust-ups and pals think they could be over for good.
Cara, 26, moved in with a close friend while Nathan, 24, moved some of his belongings out of their Essex pad last week.
Their possible break-up will shock fans of the couple, who only made a cameo appearance on ITVBe show The Only Way Is Essex on Wednesday.
A source said: "Nathan and Cara have always had a fiery relationship with plenty of ups and downs.

"But their latest bust-up is their biggest yet and it'll be tough for them to come back from this."
Despite their relationship looking doomed, pals are praying they can somehow patch things up.
A friend said: "They both still love each other, there's no getting away from that.
"Perhaps after a break they can reconnect again."
Nathan and Cara scooped the top prize of £50,000 when they were crowned Love Island winners last year.
They've since landed a series of lucrative magazine deals and were hoping to increase their profile further by securing their own reality show after impressing on Towie.
However, towards the end of last year Nathan indicated their relationship was not straight-forward given they've only known each other for a relatively small amount of time.
On living together in Essex, he said: He admitted: “There have been arguments. I’m not the easiest person to live with.
“But you forget we’ve only known each other for six months.”
