“He was like a super hero, he had the ability to get the best out of you day in and day out. I'm gonna miss your hugs. I'm gonna miss your advice. I'm gonna miss your smile, and I'm gonna miss your laugh.

“I know you're looking down at us right now giving us the green light to move forward. I miss you Daddy. I'll love you forever - Your youngest.”

It continued: “Humorous and fearless, he loved to get others to laugh along with him as he shared stories with those who meant the most to him, and while he was wise, he was also willing to take risks to learn as much as he could.

“He would often be heard saying, ‘A man needs to know a little bit of everything.’

“He finally got his first tattoo at age 47 – portraits on his arm, of all his children, his wife, grandchildren and his parents. A true family man.”

Ray leaves behind Rico, his three siblings Ray, Raini and Roy Junior and his wife Diane.
