Kerry Katona’s money-spinning fashion brand risks shock shutdown within WEEKS as taxman threatens to seize assets
KERRY Katona's fashion brand is at risk of being closed down in a matter of weeks.
The singer and TV star's Kerry's Boutique brand is faced with having its assets seized by the taxman, new documents filed to Companies House reveal.
Earlier this month the brand was issued with a First Gazette notifying Kerry that steps were in motion to strike off the business from the register.
It reads: "The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, the Company will be struck off the register and dissolved not less than two months from the date shown above (October 8).
"Upon the company's dissolution, all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the Company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and will belong to the Crown."
A spokesman for Kerry declined to comment.

The latest accounts for the brand were last filed in August 2023 and showed a total of £9,236 cash in the bank, down from £35,904 the previous year.
However, the deadline for submitting updated finances is now two months overdue, as is the Completion Statement.
Kerry's Boutique's Instagram account has been inactive in recent months, last posting 15 weeks ago.
Fans were left furious earlier this month after making purchases and not being refunded.

Kerry's rep said at the time the business was simply on hold and would relaunch when Kerry had more time to devote to it.
It's been a testing time of late for the former Atomic Kitten singer after she was the victim of a shocking theft at a plush Mayfair hotel.
Writing in New! Magazine, Kerry explained: "I couldn’t believe it, I have the worst luck.
"Ryan [Mahoney] and I were checking in to the hotel, which I won’t name, and since our room wasn’t ready we left our bags with the concierge and grabbed some lunch.
"I left my Gucci holdall with them which had all my medication in it for my back and chronic pain, the phone I use for my banking apps, my earphones and much more."
CCTV footage later confirmed a man "acting strangely" had swiped the luggage.
Kerry has built herself back up financially following two previous bankruptcies.
She revealed she'd made more than a million pounds from saucy OnlyFans snaps, and she recently landed a big money panto deal to star alongside close pal Katie Price.
Kerry Katona's bankruptcy battles
Kerry first declared bankruptcy in August 2008, primarily due to an unpaid tax bill of £417,000.
At the time, she was reportedly struggling with personal issues, including substance abuse, which compounded her financial woes.
In July 2013, Katona declared bankruptcy for the second time. This happened while she was living in a rented property in Surrey.
The second bankruptcy was attributed to continued financial mismanagement and a series of unfortunate business ventures. Her struggles were exacerbated by her high-profile lifestyle and the financial strain of maintaining it.
In the years following her second bankruptcy, Kerry has made various attempts to regain financial stability, including participating in reality TV shows and other media projects.
