One new suit claims Combs laced the baby oil used at his so-called "freak off" parties with a date rape drug.

The lawsuits come as Combs is also facing criminal charges for sex trafficking and racketeering.

Combs has denied the allegations.

The new claims allege abuse by Combs in , , and dating back to 2000 but mainly in 2022, attorney Tony Buzbee, who says he represents over 120 accusers, said on .

Some of the fresh lawsuits said unidentified celebrities also assaulted the accusers.

One new accuser said he was abused when he was a 17-year-old aspiring artist making small talk with Combs.

The pair were at a 2022 party in a Manhattan hotel penthouse - when Combs told him that "he could make him a star."

The complainant, identified anonymously as John Doe, said Combs drugged him with a drink he handed him when he arrived.

The lawsuit claims that Combs was known for dosing his guests with the date-rape drug GHB, mixing it in drinks and body oils, the New York Daily News .

The accuser says he went looking for a bathroom when he started feeling strange - instead claiming to find a bedroom where several people were having group sex "including Combs, and another artist he recognized."

Combs allegedly grabbed the underage boy's hand, forced him to lie down, and molested the teen’s genitals “for an extended period of time" trying to get him aroused.

The teen then managed to get away from Combs after saying he needed to use the bathroom and called a friend to pick him up.

Another of the new plaintiffs claims she was just 13 when Combs drugged and assaulted her at an after-party for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards in New York.

She said Combs and an unnamed male celebrity raped her while an unnamed female celebrity looked on.

The woman claims the attack happened after Combs shouted: "You are ready to party!"

She claimed Combs tried to force her to perform oral sex, but she fought him off before grabbing her clothes and leaving the bedroom, "roaming naked through the house looking for the exit."

The lawsuits were filed in the Southern District of New York late Sunday, Deadline reported.

In response to the lawsuits, Combs' lawyers referred to a statement addressing Buzbee's earlier lawsuits.

"Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process," they said.

"In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone - adult or minor, man or woman."

The latest lawsuits come after Combs demanded to know the names of his alleged victims when he was hit with six fresh allegations last week.

One of the lawsuits alleges Combs "brutally, orally raped" a man working for a rival clothing company in a Macy's store, while another alleged victim claimed Combs groped him at a party in 1998 when he was just 16.

Buzbee's firm said it represents more than 150 of Combs' accusers.

In the past several weeks, Combs has been hit with a flurry of additional claims of sexual assault, rape, violence, and manipulation by accusers ranging from music hopefuls to complete strangers.

Some of the allegations made against Combs claim they took place at the infamous freak-off parties he held over the years.

At the parties, Combs would allegedly film high-profile guests as they had sex with prostitutes who he flew out from around the country and use the video as blackmail.

Combs is currently being held in Brooklyn's notorious Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail twice.

He posted on Instagram for the first time since he was arrested and slammed with sex trafficking charges to wish his two-year-old daughter Love a happy birthday.

Combs' trial date for the criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering has been set for May 5 next year.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, with one of his lawyers, Erica Wolff, saying the claims are "false and defamatory."

Diddy's downfall

By Forest McFarland, Senior News Reporter

BEFORE Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest on Monday night, it had been highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations - and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called "Freak Offs."

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Diddy were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Diddy was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Diddy was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Diddy chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Diddy's mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his "Freak Off" supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Diddy also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Diddy forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he's convicted on all counts.
