The Irish TV star marked Saint Patrick's Day with a dance alongside his wife Ruth Langsford today
But it's transformed the star, and he showed off the impressive results with a high-energy dance on the show today.
The star wore a shamrock on the show to mark Saint Patrick's Day, and was in high spirits as it was also Ruth's birthday today.
The final segment featured them joining Rylan in the pub to enjoy a pint of Guinness, and as the band began playing, Eamonn showed off some fast dance moves.
He later began singing, and a joking Rylan immediately reached to take the pint off him.
One fan commented on Twitter: "Imagine eamonn when hes drunk, funny man."
While another added: "Luvin the Irish singing this morning Eamonn!"
Elsewhere, the pair wore shamrocks for the day and it sparked a hilarious response from viewers, who questioned why they looked like "salad" on their chests.
One wrote: "Why are Eamonn & Ruth wearing clumps of watercress on their lapels?"
But one added: "Lovely to see Eamonn and Ruth both wearing the shamrock to celebrate the day it is!"
Then Beauty and the Beast star Dan Stevens appeared on the show to open up on the new movie, and joked: "“Is that a shamrock or did you just nip down to Waitrose and ask for some watercress?”
