DAVID Beckham has dished the dirt on wife Victoria's very healthy date night dinner - after he admitted she had eaten the same meal for 25 years.
The former footballer, 49, again opened up on his spouse's foodie preferences during a recent chat on fellow England alumni Rio Ferdinand's podcast.
Back in 2023, ex Manchester United ace David told how the Spice Girl, 50, will only ever have grilled fish and steamed veg, admitting the one time she did try something else was "one of his favourite evenings."
Now he has told how she mixes things up with different shellfish and veggies.
David told Rio on his show, Rio Ferdinand Presents: "Victoria always loves, she loves grilled shrimp, so for starter, I'd make her some grilled shrimp with avocado and then for a main I would make a sea bass, but I'd salt bake it."
Rio then asked: "And then for dessert, what would she have for dessert?"

David added: "I'm not sure she'd have a dessert actually.
"So that's what I'd make for her and then for me I'd make a nice ragu with fresh pasta."
Victoria's dinner preferences have been the subject of much speculation since keen chef David's confessions.
Discussing his wife’s eating habits on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast in 2022, he explained: “I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I’m eating something great I want everyone to try it.

“Unfortunately I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.
“Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”
HOME COOKING
David told the same podcast his love for whipping up a storm in the kitchen came from his mum.
He told fellow England teammate Rio: "Do you know what? It all comes from my mum. You know, that's really where.

"My mum used to let me cook with her when I was young.
"And then obviously when I moved to Manchester and I moved in my own house, you know, I cooked. And I love cooking….
"But you know what? I love the cooking side, but I think more importantly, I think when I've looked back at why I love it so much, is because I'm creating something for whoever's going to eat it."
