The This Morning presenters were chatting to model Abbey Clancy on Thursday's show about her children, when Phillip made the shock statement.

He said: "I won't let Holly have any more children because she has time off the show.

"I snuck in one night and gave [Holly's husband] Dan [Baldwin] the snip, he still doesn't realise."

As Phil went on to ask Abbey if she would have any more children with husband Peter Crouch, mum-of-three Holly burst out laughing at her colleague.

Abbey then replied she would love to have more children with her footballer husband, saying: "I'd love more, but you know it's hard work.

"It's hard, and it's fantastic and it's life changing and it's fun, Pete's happy but I want more."

The couple already have daughter's Sophia, six, and Liberty, who will be two in June.

The 31-year-old was on the show to discuss the new series of Britain's Next Top Model, which sees her chair the panel as they hunt for the next big face and body in fashion.

Having rose to fame as a contestant on the show back in 2006, Abbey admitted it was "weird" coming full circle.

Describing what kind of judge she is, she said: "I'm actually really strict I think, surprisingly, I didn't think I'd be as harsh.

"Not harsh in a mean way but I think because I've got two girls I'm the same with them. I want them to listen and focus."
