X Factor’s Bratavio eye up TV return as they top Big Brother producers’ dream housemates wishlist
X FACTOR duo Bratavio are in talks to take part in the summer series of Big Brother.
The energetic pair - who found fame after they rowed about uncooked chicken at the auditions - are set to take part in the 'civilian' series that starts in May.
Bratavio - real names Bradley Hunt and Ottavio Columbro - were voted off The X Factor in week one.
From the start their inclusion in the final 16 was marred with controversy - Louis Walsh chose to take them through to the live show over girl group 4 of Diamonds leading some fans to call for him to be sacked.
They also came under fire by show bosses who told them to behave after partying heavily – and were told they would get the chop if they didn’t clean up their act.
But it seems their outrageous antics are exactly what Channel 5 bosses are looking for.
A source exclusively told The Sun online: "The boys are real opinion splitters - but ultimately they just want to have a good time.
"During their time on The X Factor they had the whole nation talking about them, and that's what bosses are hoping will happen when Big Brother comes back.
"Bradley and Ottavio are both reality TV pros, being in the house won't phase them and they are bound to bring plenty of drama and excitement to the show."
On the 2016 series of The X Factor the duo originally auditioned as Cosmic Riot, before dropping it to become Ottavio and Bradley, before finally settling on Bratavio.
The boys are no amateurs when it comes to reality TV, and have appeared in several prominent TV shows both together and separately.
The pair, who met at university, have featured on Channel 4 travel show Coach Trip, and Ottavio previously auditioned for X Factor alongside Rylan Clark-Neal back in 2012.
Bradley has turned to reality TV in a bid to find love not once, but twice – and starred in Vicky Pattison fronted programme Strip Date last year as well as How To Pull back in 2015.
The pair have since come forward about their time on Coach Trip, and say they were booted from the show after homophobic bullying.
Despite their close bond, the pair insist they have never become an item – but nearly got together one night at uni after they got “wasted”.
Reps for Bratavio have been approached for comment.
