The 26-year-old has never been afraid to shock the nation, and on Tuesday her latest tactic was to post a picture of her bare breasts in the hope of finding a new man.
Posing in just a pair of grey Calvin Klein pants and a baseball cap, Josie flashed her boobs and various tattoos as she posed in front of a white wall.
She captioned the shot: "Who ever buys me pressies, DM details and I'll send high res".
Josie added a link to her Amazon wish list, a winky face emoji and ";#GodblessTheNHS".
The mother-of-four's gift suggestions varied drastically from kinky items including a leather chastity belt for £45.26 to a Samsung American style fridge freezer for £3.529.
She also requested some gold leather Christian Louboutin shoes for £664.12 and a Texas big corner sofa suite for £689.

Josie - who first rose to 'fame' after bragging about her NHS boob job in 2009 - has spoken about her sugar daddy life before, telling the : "If I mention something I like then the money or gift just appears in my bank.
"I have the most controversial boobs in the country.
"Of course they are going to come at a premium rate."
Josie's latest picture came after she promised fans over the weekend she would show them "how well your taxes were spent" by sharing a topless snap if she got 100 retweets, and she was certainly a woman of her word.
