STACEY Solomon fought back tears on Loose Women today as she opened up about an abusive relationship that ruined her life.
The TV star looked emotional she admitted her personality changed due to the personal problems she suffered.
Stacey, 27, admitted the troubles stemmed from "lots of small things" and revealed the unnamed former lover undermined her self-confidence and she will never be the same again.
She said: "I was in an abusive relationship and it makes you forget who you are...
"I'll always be a weird version of myself...
"I used to be less worried about everything. Less worried about what people thought about me... I was OK, quite confident.
"You do begrudge that person for taking that away from you."
When asked how her ex behaved, she added: "These people manipulate you...
"When people are happy to wish you dead or tell you your career is nothing or you are nothing...
"It might be lots of small things. you don't even realise it's happening to your self until you realise."
She also has two sons, eight-year-old Zachary and Leighton, four, from previous relationships.
During the show, fellow panellist Katie Price called Stacey brave for being able to leave her ex.
She said: "Many women don't have the b***s to leave an abusive partner."
Katie, 38, also opened up about her own past experiences with abuse, revealing one of her former lovers was physically violent and cut up all her clothes.
Her mum had to intervene and call the police in a bid to get the star the help she needed.
