Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield get the giggles during bizarre This Morning segment as they chat to a woman sitting in a bath with a dog
TV presenters struggled to keep straight faces during the chat on today's show
HOLLY Willoughby and Phillip Schofield got the giggles during a bizarre This Morning segment today as they interviewed a woman sitting in a bath with a dog.
The TV babe branded it the "strangest interview ever" as she sat on a chair next to Phil chatting to the guest in the tub with her pooch.
The pair took part in the odd chat this morning as they chatted to dog owner Jodie Monahan, and Holly couldn't hold back her giggles as she introduced the segment.
They pair then walked over to greet Jodie, who was sitting in a bath on the studio floor with her French mastiff Brea.
They revealed Jodie's dog loves water so much, that it jumps in the bath with her every time she attempts to have a relaxing soak in the tub.
Holly said: "Jodie cannot take a bath or shower... without her french mastiff Brea... jumping in the tub."
Holly laughed as she sat down next to her, and said: "This is the strangest interview ever... I feel like I'm sitting on the loo talking to you...
"Normally when you#re talking to someone in the bath, you're sat on the toilet.
"Oh my goodness me."
Jodie explained that Brea often walks into the shower, but needs a leg-up into the bath.
She said: "My bath's a bit lower so she puts her two front legs in and she kind of gets a step up."
Phil also couldn't stop laughing as they attempted to get themselves together for the interview.
Fans were also baffled by the odd chat, and they flocked to Twitter to debate whether the interview was a good idea.
One wrote: "WTF! A woman who takes her dog in the bath with her. I've heard it all now. 8S #ThisMorning."
Another added: "A woman sitting in a bath with a dog giving an interview..only on #thismorning !!"
A third wrote: "#ThisMorning This woman is gonna be finding dog hair... everywhere..."
