Louis Tomlinson airport brawl police report leaked as the ‘suspect’ singer reveals ‘I may have taken him down’
LOUIS Tomlinson admitted to police “I may have taken him down” when questioned about his airport fight with paparazzi photographer Karl Larsen.
The 25-year-old One Direction singer was arrested last week over allegations that he attacked the pap and onlooker Ana Becerra Herrera in the brawl in which his girlfriend Eleanor Calder was also involved, at Los Angeles LAX.
In a police report obtained by, Louis is referred to as a “suspect” which the other two are “victims”, and it states that the singer had scuffed knuckles after allegedly knocking the photographer unconscious.
The arrest report states: “Susp Tomlinson grabbed vict - Larsen's leg and caused him to fall backward, then struck vict - Becerra in the eye.”
Ana Becerra Herrera became involved when Eleanor tried to grab her phone from her to stop her filming the incident, and the report says that Louis grabbed her in a “bear hug” and then threw her over his shoulder.

LAPD Officer Tran wrote about their interview with Louis: “I asked Susp - (suspect) Tomlinson if he recalled ever making any physical contact with Becerra Herrera. Tomlinson stated that he placed his hands on Becerra Herrera and in a pushing motion, pushed Becerra Herrera off of Calder and grabbed Calder to pull her away from Becerra Herrera.
“(Police) Officer Chen asked Tomlinson if he recalled sweeping Larsen's legs causing him to fall to the ground.
“Tomlinson said: 'I may have taken him down, I'm not sure, but I remember we both fell to the floor.”
The officer added: “While interviewing Tomlinson, we observed fresh abrasions on Tomlinson's both hand knuckles.”
Describing Eleanor’s version of events, the report reads: “Calder stated that she tried to slap the phone out of Becerra Herrera's hands and may have forcibly remove the cellphone from Becerra Herrera's hands.
“Calder stated that Becerra Herrera started to hit her with closed fists and kicked her. Then they all got into a physical fight with each other. Calder said this was when Tomlinson pulled her away from Becerra Herrera.”
However Ana said that Louis punched her in the eye and broke her glasses but her wife Bianca Garza told cops the singer took Ana by the waist in a “bear hug style” and threw her over his shoulder.
The LAPD’s write up of Ana’s statement said: “I saw there was abrasion on top of her right eyelid...She recognized Tomlinson belong to a band. She pulled out her black colored, iPhone 6 and tried taking pictures of Tomlinson.
“She then saw Calder run over to her and tried to grab her iPhone 6 out Becerra Herrera's hand. She then pushed Calder to the corner and began fighting and involved in the physical fight over control of the phone.
“Suddenly, she fell over to the floor and saw Tomlinson punch her in the right eye while she was laying on the floor and broke her black color, Zenni brand, prescription glasses. Then someone pulled Tomlinson off.”
Her wife told cops she got involved in the brawl and tried to push Calder away.
The report said: “She then got involved in the physical fight between Calder and Becerra Herrera. She saw Tomlinson grab Becerra Herrera by her waist, in a bear hug style, and threw her over his shoulder, which caused Becerra Herrera to land on her back.”
Meanwhile Karl Larsen claims he was knocked unconscious by the fall.
The report states: “Tomlinson put his hand on top of his camera and tried to block it. Larsen then put his camera on top of his head, lean backward, and tried to continue recording Tomlinson.
“Suddenly, Tomlinson used his hand and grabbed his leg while he was leaning backward. It caused him to fell backwards and landed on his back. His head hit the floor, which caused him to become unconscious. When he regained conscious, an unknown passenger help[ed] him on his feet.”
Three other witnesses also gave police statements, with two siding with Ana, and another backing up Louis and Eleanor.
Dominique Robinson of American Airlines said she tried to tell the photographer to stop following the couple after they asked for her help in the matter.
The report said: “Robinson described Larsen was face to face with Calder at close proximity. Robinson told Larsen that he can't be here. Robinson said Tomlinson and Calder walked out of the office and made their way to seating area across from the Starbucks, that was when Larsen followed behind Calder closely with a camera.
“Robinson said she observed Tomlinson placed himself between Larsen and Calder. Robinson said she observed Tomlinson place his right hand on Larsen's shoulder and stated 'please stop taking pictures of my girlfriend.''
She then revealed that Eleanor went into the “foetal position” as Ana tried to kick her.
The report said: “Robinson said all of a sudden both Tomlinson and Larsen fell to the floor. Robinson said she heard more noise coming from Calder's direction and saw that she was pinned to the wall of the seating area covering herself in a protective manner, fetus position, while Becerra Herrera was striking Calder with closed fists and her feet.”
However witness Aguirre Poblando told cops: “Calder and Tomlinson were not happy. Tomlinson tried to grab one of the paparazzi's cameras, later identified as Larsen, Karl.
“During the struggle, Tomlinson used his hand and grabbed Larsen's leg, and caused Larsen to fall to the ground. She then saw Calder suddenly start to attack a female passenger (later identified as Becerra Herrera, Ana), who was sitting on the chair. And then Tomlinson joined the fight.”
And Starbucks cashier Arlett Lyons, also stated that she saw Louis throw Karl to the ground and then saw Eleanor punch Ana.
The report says: “She saw Larsen takes pictures of Tomlinson and Calder. Tomlinson had his hand out in front of his face to block the camera. He then grabbed Larsen's leg and threw Larsen to the ground.
“At the same time, Calder tried to walk out from the terminal. However, suddenly Calder came over and attacked Becerra Herrera, Ana (who was sitting on the chair). Lyons believed Becerra Herrera was trying to film Calder.
“Lyons saw Calder punched Becerra Herrera.”
The singer is due in court on March 29 and could be jailed for up to six months if convicted.
