KIM Kardashian is making sure her kids are well taken care of during visits with their dad Kanye West and his new wife Bianca Censori.
The Sun can reveal the star has sent trusted nannies and security to accompany her four children Chicago, North, Psalm and Saint on trips with Kanye, 47, and Bianca, 29.
Kardashian, 43, finalised her divorce from her ex in November 2022 after eight years of marriage, and they share custody of the kids.
However, Kim is being cautious, ensuring the children are supervised during their time with Kanye and his new partner and that their routines are not disrupted.
It comes as Kim has reportedly been alarmed by her ex-husband's behaviour.
"Kim never lets the kids go away with Kanye without trusted nannies and her own security," a source told us.

They continued: "There is a very tight schedule - what time they go to bed, what they eat, when they eat, how much sugar they have.
"Exactly where they go and how crowded those places are."
West married Bianca, an architectural designer for his Yeezy brand, in a non-legally binding ceremony just two months after his divorce from Kim.
The couple has been spotted together on multiple trips, including a much-talked-about vacation in Italy earlier this year where Bianca raised eyebrows in a number of risky outfits.

Kanye is now countering Kim's approach to their children's public exposure.
While Kim involves their kids in her reality TV show and social media, he has decided to put them on stage, claiming they enjoy it more than doing TV.
The source continued: "Kanye is playing Kim at her own game - he’s against her putting the kids on the family reality show and on TikTok, so he’s put them on stage.
"She’s always saying they like being on TV - well, he’s hitting back and saying they like being onstage.
"Everyone thinks it’s his new way to get publicity and make people pay attention to him - like how he parades Bianca around."
The Sun has contacted their reps for comment.
Last month North, 11, took to the stage with her dad Kanye in South Korea.
Kanye live-streamed the concert at Goyang Stadium on his YouTube channel.
The show was live-streamed to Kanye's YouTube account, where fans back in the States and around the world watched the Yeezy founder and his preteen daughter be cheered on by thousands of fans inside the Goyang Stadium in Seoul.
KIM'S WORRIES
North's on-stage appearance comes after reports that Kim has become increasingly worried about her four children spending time with their father, Kanye.
Kanye West's recent controversies
Kanye West has faced a number of controversies in recent years.
In November 2022, a former Yeezy staffer alleged in a lawsuit Kanye showed them intimate photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
Staffers also claimed he played pornography for them during meetings and talked about porn.
The star, who has been sued by multiple former employees, has denied all of the claims.
In October 2023, Adidas dropped the rapper as various social media sites barred him from their platforms for making anti-semitic comments online, in interviews, and with his clothing.
Amid pleas from fans and threats of major boycotts, Adidas announced its decision to terminate his contract.
Gap and Balenciaga followed suit.
Kanye has said in the past that he suffers from a porn addiction, making the comments in an online rant that has since been deleted.
The reality star is concerned about what their kids North, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, are “exposed to” around their rapper dad and his new wife Bianca Censori, claimed a friend of the Skims founder.
“Kim is constantly getting more and more alarmed about the stories she sees coming out about Kanye and Bianca,” said a source close to the reality TV star.
“Every week it’s something different and she fears it's no longer a healthy environment for the younger kids to be in.

“It’s not like she’s even in contact with Kanye directly - they either speak through nannies, [her mom] Kris or lawyers - but North sends her pictures and videos when she’s with her dad.
"It’s like Kim wants to see with her own eyes what’s going on - she’s saying she wants a sit-down meeting urgently with both of them to discuss co-parenting and put some new ground rules in place."
