EAMONN Holmes and Ruth Langsford busted their best moves to Steps on Friday's This Morning.
The couple were chatting to Rylan Clark-Neal about the group's comeback single, Scared of the Dark to mark their 20th Anniversary when the song started playing in the studio.
Rylan said: "Come on, let's dance!" and started grooving while singing all the words.
Not to be outdone, Eamonn and Ruth stood up and pulled out their funkiest moves, with Eamonn opting for a series of arm movements at his side, while Ruth shook her hips and clapped her hands.
As they sat back down, Ruth declared she loved it and Eamonn said: "Very ABBA-esque. That brings me back."
Their moves went down a storm with viewers, who took to social media to discuss the moment.
