Ruth Langsford says Eamonn Holmes looks like Adolf Hitler in pie form on This Morning
The couple were presented with their faces in pie form on Friday's show
RUTH Langsford has compared her husband Eamonn Holmes to Hitler on Friday's This Morning.
The presenters were given two pies by chef Phil Vickery as he made his own steak and ale dish, and each one had their faces on the top.
Phil said: "We have here two pies with holograms of you two on.
"How realistic they are I don't really know!"
Giggling at the results, Ruth said of her husband's: "You look like Hitler!
"He's got a big black moustache!"
Phil then countered that Eamonn's pie face also looked a bit like North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
As the pair compared him to world dictators both past and present, the Irishman ignored them and happily tucked into Phil's pie.
Rylan Clark-Neal, who was sitting nearby waiting to do his showbiz segment, then added that Ruth's made her look like Pamela Anderson.
It wasn't the first time in the show that the couple traded digs with each other, with Eamonn telling his wife earlier in the show she needed a makeover.
As they linked to Loose Women, Andrea McLean told the couple they would be unveiling new looks on the show while stood in a dressing gown.
Turning to his wife, Eamonn said: “There’s no doubt a makeover was needed. Why aren’t you in there?”
When Ruth asked who needed the makeover, Eamonn cheekily replied: “All of them, including you. Why are you here?
"You could be there. It’s a pity they’re doing it on a Friday.
As Phil and Rylan watched on nervously, Ruth replied: “You’re digging yourself a very big hole”.
